I Call in to place an order and the guy was being smart because i wanted to know the price of something and i couldn’t understand what was being said because of his thick accent they don’t have their menu online so that i can see the prices myself and i wanted my food done before getting there so i wouldn’t have to wait on the food because i have my kids(toddlers) with me. Now i dont want to anything because there’s no telling what will be done to my food if i go in and place an order. Everyone was nice but they did the exact opposite of my order. I asked for all flats on a big portion of my order and paid extra. I was given all drums. I tried calling back to correct the order but only received the answering machine for an hr straight.

The food is normally good. But I waited 30 minutes for a call ahead medium fried rice. I still ended up getting a refund because they had lost my ticket and people who had multiple orders were receiving their food. The tables were also dirty with containers left on them.

i made a call in order for some wings, picked them up & everything was fine besides the fact they wanted to give me over cooked fries & i had to ask twice to have them remade, cool. i get home & eat about 3 wings just to see a LONG STRAIGHT HAIR in my food. i immediately check to make sure its not my hair which it wasn’t because i have curly hair. i immediately called them after examining the hair & i was told nothing could be done about it because i’m “already eating my food” how else was i gonna know it was a hair in my food? if i would have seen it when they were putting seasoning on my fries i would have said something. but it was IN my food & i didn’t see it until i got home & started eating which means it came from the kitchen. from a business owner as well as a customer’s perspective i feel like the right thing to do would be to first APOLOGIZE, which didn’t happen; then offer the customer a refund or to remake the food. it’s simple. i’m a pretty loyal customer because i’m picky about my wings & i like theirs but i won’t be back. the first picture is how my wings looked when i first got them then the second picture is after i saw the hair.

First off the wings are some of the best ones I have had in chat, nice and crispy. My order came out wrong the first time and the guy at the counter didn’t seem to be too upset about fixing it. The service was also a bit slow but my food was hot and delicious. I’ll take the slower service for good food.
