How are they running a restaurant with no manager available with what sounds and look like a teenager at the window. No management experience meaning do not know how to handle a situation when your food was not cooked right all she say is no manager there but I can call her. But when I pull up to order asked if I called my order in, well it would have been nice if you all would have answerered the phone I had been calling from the time I left work which is in Madison so to answer your question no. The wings were overcooked, hard and bland. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Just went through the drive-thru after calling in my order 20 minutes ahead of time & my wings are COLD! Not even a tad bit warm. Must’ve been cooked yesterday or been sitting awhile. Fries were fresh & hot. Very disappointed, I used to come here all the time for my wings & they were always so good.

Do not bother calling in for an order, you’ll still have to wait for it! This location request call ahead otherwise they give you an attitude if you don’t, so we called ahead, the lady on the phone said “5-10 minutes and they’ll be ready”. I got to the location 15 minutes later and went thru the drive to pick up. The girl at the counter was taking an order, there were about 4 people in line inside so we waited… and waited… the girl stared at me 3-4 times and took every person insides order, making us wait 10 minutes in the drive thru for pick up. I honked my horn and she looked at me and proceeded to take the next persons order! Instead of telling them “give me one second let me check the drive thru” she made us wait! She finally comes to the wi dow, no apology and i proceed to let her know we called in an order 20 minutes ago and she took my payment and submitted my fu&$ing order to the cook!!! I told her the lady on the phone said it would be ready and the girl said “no we make them fresh each time” then why the hell would you tell a CUSTOMER it would 5-10 minutes for our order to be done!??? The girl rolled her eyes and took my money, didn’t offer a discount or apology she just continued with running my payment. Kudos to the little old Hispanic lady i saw in the back making the wings tho, she did an amazing job but i most definitely will not be going back! 0 stars if i can get them. Oh i didn’t catch the girls name because she put a random fake name on the receipt but she was a tiny little white girl.

Great wings and fries. Tops anywhere around here. Please open up the inside, at least to pick up call in orders. Serving one customer in a drive-thru when multiple probably have orders waiting to be picked up doesn’t make sense. Still great wings and service, though.

Wings were refried and the fries were decent but for 13 dollars it’s definitely overpriced. Wings were dark due to refrying, couldn’t eat more than 5 of them. Fries were crispy and reheated as well but have more of a long John silver taste to them. The only reason I give it 3 stars is for the old lady cooking in the joint, she needs to find herself some help cause this wasn’t the move at ALL

The 5 wings were over cooked and dry. The favor were OK. Needed more sauce to help cover the hard cover cooked wings. The fries were good, very tasty, served hot and a lit of them. The slaw had a funny taste. Wings were also small. Did give Military discount. Thank you for that. Just get fatter wings or cook a bit less. I will go back again. I can over look with having a Military discount will give the restaurant another try. Thank you for honoring our Veterans. Many restaurants do not care about our fighting for freedom military.

I was not impressed with this place your hot wings are not even hot I had the die hot wings and they were absolutely horrible. Also had the lemon pepper on any of the lemon pepper I didn’t taste any lemon all I tasted was salty pepper once again absolutely horrible. And had the mild hot wings which tasted like plain wings. Also had the bacon cheese fries look in the picture below does that look like bacon cheese fries that almost looks like somebody threw up on non cooked fries once again horrible disgusting. this place deserves zero stars for how horrible it is and the customer service is horrible. She acted like bothered her when I came in to order,Very rude to. But I believe you will not be in business for long cuz you’re hot wings are disgusting. Will never return to this nasty place again.

I really don’t know why their reviews aren’t better on here… These wings are addictive! I get the boneless Buffalo garlic. Always a good choice! The family that’s always in there working is very friendly. I’ve always been satisfied when ordering from this place. The only thing that could make them better is if they had an option to order online!
