We’ve ordered from Touchdown Wings a couple of times now, and the experience has been a mix.
Wings:
The first time, we tried the Teriyaki Lemon Pepper wings and they were on point. Good size, crispy, and the flavor was balanced just right. We really enjoyed them. A few days later we ordered again and tried the Mild + Teriyaki Lemon Pepper combo. That mix wasn’t really for us, the mild sauce kind of overpowered the teriyaki but the Teriyaki Lemon Pepper flavor by itself is definitely worth it. The fries were solid too, and I like that they don’t automatically come pre-seasoned. They give you the seasoning on the side so you can add it how you like, which is a nice touch. Overall, me and the kids really enjoyed the wings, and I’d say they’re one of the more consistent wing spots we’ve had.
Catfish Salad:
Another time we switched it up and ordered the Catfish Salad with fries. The fish itself was seasoned well, though it arrived cold (probably from delivery time) nothing a quick air fryer reheat couldn’t fix. The real issue was the salad. The lettuce was soggy, sitting in water at the bottom of the container, so I could only salvage the top portion. Iceberg lettuce just doesn’t hold up well, and with the price, a fresher or mixed variety would make a big difference. The dressing was also underwhelming, it came with Ken’s ranch, which isn’t my favorite. A house made dressing would have elevated it.
Overall:
Touchdown Wings definitely shines with their wings the flavors and consistency make them worth it. The salad, though, was a letdown, and I probably wouldn’t order that again. My recommendation: stick to the wings and fries that’s where they really get it right.

Wings were basic and fries were soggy. Ordered online and tipped because they offered curbside. Sat in car for 10 min and decided to go in and that’s when I was notified that they didn’t offer curbside.

Ok we placed a over the phone order today and arrived after lunch time when we arrived it was a little blonde hair white girl walking around wiping things down with a dirty bleach rag that you can smell . I mean the tables, the door handles and then on to the drink station and she was rolling her eyes with attitude.She took that same rag and went back behind the counter wiping that counter around and under the cash register at this point the rag is black. A few seconds later the other girl with the dark hair starts calling out numbers i told her after I signed my receipt she didn’t give me a copy nor do I know what number i am. Few seconds later she brings my food and sit it on the counter and opens my box with no gloves on, get home the wings were good but that vegetable fried was a big disappointment it seemed old and I can see white rice chunks not fresh at all. I feel like they gave me reheated old rice not mixed well.

Right off the get go, customer service was terrible, customers don’t need to feel like a burden just to order food. Not the best choice for a cheesecake neither, quality to the meat was not good, cheese was absent and no options to add whiz or any steaks with whiz. One and done for me in this place

I brought a 6 piece wing with veggie fried rice and I actually found a shrimp found under my rice as I was half way through eating the meal. I was very disappointed and I decided to bring the meal back to the store so they can remake the meal. I’ll post the meal with the shrimp and after they remade it. I’m highly allergic to seafood especially shell fish ☠️.

We went to Mr Krabs Hut last week and Touchdown this week to compare. The food here was hot and fresh but slightly over cooked. Service was ok and the prices were a bit high. Very similar orders from both places and Touchdown was almost $20 more and the food and service was not even close.

The place is just okay….however whoever the lil “caution” girl that answers the phone needs to be on another assignment because I almost cancelled my whole order because of her lil attitude….the regular wings: mild/medium/hot are good, and the tenders big. The lemon pepper wet is a no go and the garlic parm. is a complete NO…..it tasted like it had pepper in it and the top was caked with parm….it isn’t a well made garlic parm. sauce and I’ll probably be put on blood pressure medication with how salty it was….stick with the basics here, don’t experiment and be weary of the “caution” young gal….
