This place is terrible! My husband ordered the seafood combo. There was old fried fish in there with frozen soggy vegetables. I ordered the garlic delight with shrimp. The shrimp

People are crazy for giving this place any less than 5 stars… It’s the best chicken Pad Thai in the Valley. I’ve come here for lunch multiple times and the staff has been nothing but smiles and kindness, consistently. This time I did come, my wife and I got the coconut ice cream with sticky rice.. GET IT NEXT TIME. You won’t regret it. Thanks Tottie!

Authentic Asian Fusion as the name says it. The restaurant crew is from Thailand. Very welcoming people. A good variety of asian food. The atmosphere transports you to Asia, I forgot I was in Scottsdale. I ate Pho seafood with rice noodles to keep it gluten-free.

1st of all if I could give 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd time coming here because I believe in 2nd chances. But unfortunately it will be my last time I set foot in this place. Found out this place is really not Tottie’s. Tottie’s has sold this place but the new owners kept her name, which is a shame because Tottie’s on Thomas Rd. in Old Town is the real Tottie’s and gives excellent service and the food is much better. The pictures attached to this review is the waitress that is always there and is basically annoyed when you request anything from her. Let me give you an example.. when you sit down at their tables the only items you will find is utensils wrapped in a paper towel.. that’s it. God forbid you need extra napkins condiments or soy sauce because you have to rely on her in order to get them for you. I don’t understand why they can’t just keep those items on the table. Unfortunately my husband and I only had the napkin that was already wrapped on the utensils, so we requested extra napkins, & she brings one napkin which was dirty on the other side, my husband got up to requested extra napkins again and she brings 2 napkins. Are they experiencing any shortages on napkins? I have no idea, are we supposed to blow our noses and wipe our hands and mouth with the same napkin? I don’t understand what the problem is with extra napkins. My husband had to get up a few times to go request our needed items. Same waitress would just take off to the bar instead of taking care of her customers, as you can see on the pictures she’s been behind the the bar most of the time we were having dinner. And to top it off I’ve never been to an Asian restaurant where they do not give you a fortune cookies. I guess there’s a shortage on those as well.

I had lunch here yesterday. I ordered the Totties Pan Fried Noodles. This dish was ‘swimming’ in a brown sauce. The meat, chicken and shrimp were cooked very ‘well done’ and certainly not freshly cooked to order. My first bite was a surprise, this dish had a sweet taste to it. I asked why it was sweet and was told they add sugar!?!?!? I’ve been eating Thai food for many years everywhere I travel and have never had this experience. She (owner?) said, ‘next time ask for no sugar’. I suggested she change the menu to say ‘with added sugar’ so people know to ask for the dish without sugar, if they choose.

First time, excited to try a new place in town. Two adults and four kids. Ordered 5 entrees to share. I asked for silverware 3 times after food had arrived. I asked for lemons for the table and received ONE lemon wedge. I asked for more lemon wedges for the table and received a little cup of lemon juice. Forgot to mention the Coke’s had little to no ice, therefor I just asked for a cup full of ice to not be a pain. I received HALF a cup of ice.

Not bad, not great. I try and go to one local Asian food joint on every vacation. We came here 3 years ago, and decided to come back. While the service was fast and friendly, the food seems to have gone downhill a bit.

I’ve been coming here for years, maybe a decade at this point. It’s simple. The food hits the spot. The portions are very generous. And the service is great!
