I usually like/love any and all Indian/Pakistani restaurants. I just love the food so much that I can’t see myself rating lower than 4. This place is an exception. First off, the place is not aesthetically pleasing. It has old style furnitures, the lights are all yellow and has one Indian channel which airs the same 4-5 commercials every 5 minutes. It also seemed like the owners did everything from cooking to serving to cleaning to checking out.
We ordered a variety of food from them. First was samosa chaat which lacked any sauce and kinda got dried out. Then we had chicken tikka masala, dal tadka, goat biryani, garlic naans, sweet and a mango lassi to finish it off. Do me a favor and don’t order the biryani – it was more like goat pulao (rice) then a proper biryani. It lacked all the right masalas to make it the proper entree. Even the goat was so hard to chew down. I literally had to hold a meat piece in my hand to take a bite out of the meat as the fork didn’t do the trick.
Chicken tikka masala was the best of the lot. If I ever go there again, which I doubt, I’ll only stick with tikka masala and sweet lasso.

I am disappointed with my food that I just order today from UBER eats . Littteraly the restaurant sents me 7-9 pieces of chicken which one is nothing but fat that it’s not edible. On top of that they sent my coke in a cup ? You got to be kidding me. The container pretty much contained gravy. I will never order from the restaurant who can’t properly see what they are sending and can’t afford to send a coke can at least. The food came safe but the coke spilled in the bag, of course it will spill because the tape that was placed on top is not enough to protect the drink. I gave business of 21.00 to get this ridiculous quantity of food. All the pics that I have loaded it’s actually what I got from this place and I have only eaten 2 small pieces from the plate. I have to put almost half the gravy because I order thinking this will be enough for my lunch tomorrow. I have eaten in 3 restaurants at the John’s creek area and I never seen anything like this for that much amount of money that I spent. Another thing it’s not even breast meat but dark meat used on this dish , the most inexpensive type of meat it exist , at least they should have consider that into account without cheapo on the food. Never again!

If I could give Bukharaa more than 5 stars, I would!
The food is absolutely delicious, and I’ve never found a chicken makhani (butter chicken) that comes close to this one — the flavour and texture is perfection, with small pieces of tender dark chicken and a creamy, smooth, tasteful sauce. Other personal favourites include the paneer lettuce, the cheese naan and the madras lamb.
The portions are generous and the menu is very extensive, so everyone will find something they like.
We’ve been loving their food since they opened up 15 years ago, and even though we live outside of the country now, we always make sure to visit when we’re in town. I took my in-laws here last night and they could see why I love the place so much. The only problem with it is how far away it is from our home 😉

Asked for help with vegan options and I almost cried with joy at how much delicious food came out of that kitchen. Had a Thali plate veganized and Manchurian Gobi (cauliflower). Ate like a vegan queen for not a lot of $!

My wife and I dined earlier tonight and ordered Butter Chicken Alfredo pasta, Bheemavaram Kodi and Bheemavaram Chicken biriyani. The taste was ultimate for all these dishes. The chicken was soft. Biriyani rice and pasta were well cooked. The price was also very affordable. They even made custom indian chai for me though it wasn’t in the menu.

Update 12/06: remembered half way into it to stop, breathe, take two big bites to stuff my mouth full enough to buy me time to capture a picture. Obviously posting this after I inhaled the rest of it. Boneless chicken biryani is on !!! So delicious!
OMG!!! I will try to remember to take a picture the next time. The reason I have failed at it is because the second their food lands in front of me, step aside folks! I am diving in HARD! I am immediately transported into a euphoric state and my mouth…well, might be inappropriate to say it here. But you get the point. Food is phenomenal. And the leftovers the next day? They smell and taste the same! So, you know it was made fresh and authentic! Run there. Don’t walk.
