For just opening yesterday, we were pleasantly surprised. They start you off with ice water, fresh hot chips and a delicious salsa. We got the birria eggrolls which were great. My husband ordered the “Super Wow” burrito & it was as big as his head. He maxed out half way but I would go back for that dish again. I ordered the chicken fajita salad, which was just ok. They washed the lettuce (MUCH appreciated) but it was…wet- and not from dressing. The chicken could have used more flavor as well. The atmosphere was delightful. I can’t believe what they have done to the paper factory building. As for service, you could tell our server has never been a server before, but she was sweet. We all start somewhere. We had water, since they don’t have their liquor license yet, which was fine since we went for lunch. The bill was a bit pricey, but so is this economy.

First time here, went for a late lunch. Pretty empty at 2:30 on a Thursday. Apps were ok, not a fan of the crab cakes they didn’t taste bad but I wouldn’t order again for the price. I could get frozen and make those at home personally. The birria egg roll was huge, like a whole 8-10″ tortilla shell stuffed with birria. It was ok also. I ordered the birria tacos for my main and they were good, I’ve never eaten it before and it reminded me of pot roast on a fried corn tortilla. It was tender and flavorful as I’m sure it should be just not for me. The other main was the chicken fajita. A lot of food for the price and it had a nice flavor. Very nicely put together place. Staff was super friendly and the prices weren’t too expensive. Go try it out!

The food is fresh and high quality; my issue with it is that every item I considered ordering had chorizo mixed in with it. Even the chicken chimichanga had chorizo in it, which made it a bit too spicy for me. The menu has many dishes new to the area.
The great: the servers, the cleanliness, and wide variety of beverages (beer, cocktails, and aqua fresca type non-alcohol beverages), lots of seating and parking.
The bad: Their chips seemed way over cooked. The salsa was so-so (needs more cilantro). I absolutely loathe sour cream and their menu does not mention that they put it on their entrees so I forgot to tell them to NOT include it on my order. I have so many food allergies. They should really put all ingredients on their menu. I’m not allergic to sour cream- I just hate it. But someone else might have an allergy.

Great prices and delicious food. Huge variety of authentic menu items. Service was extodianarily friendly. Beautiful atmosphere with decor and Latin playing. Everything was so fresh and clean from the dining areas to the bar and restrooms. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting not only great Spanish food but also a wonderful atmosphere that reminded me of being on vacation.

My Mom and I ate dinner here tonight and it was so good.
Our Waitress was Genesis who was very attentive and friendly.
I got the Tinga Tacos and My Mom got the Lobster Tacos.
I’d love to see more Taco items on the menu. We’ll definitely be back.

Great service (Willow was a great server) and Ambiance! Chips and salsa to start was terrific. Huge portion size with great plate presentation. Very fair prices. I’m a plant based eater and would like to see a few more different varieties of plant based options with plant based meats just not Impossible brand. I got the bean veggie burrito. The most lower item in picture. The other guest brought me and had been before. I will definitely go back.

Went for the first time. I had the steak fajitas and a side of guacamole. It was delicious. Very happy with everything! Great service and great atmosphere. Will definitely be going back.
