I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. Not only was the service rude and unprofessional, but I also witnessed discriminatory treatment that made me and others feel very unwelcome. In 2025, no business should make guests feel disrespected because of who they are.
Beyond that, the restaurant’s overall practices showed a lack of care—poor cleanliness, inattentive service, and a dismissive attitude toward customer concerns. It was clear that management does not prioritize fairness, respect, or quality.
I strongly urge others to support businesses that treat all customers with dignity. This is not one of them.

Totaro’s Italian restaurant was a big disappointment. The food was bland and lacked any real flavor, especially the pasta which was overcooked and mushy. The service was slow and inattentive, making the whole experience frustrating. The atmosphere didn’t feel cozy or welcoming either. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Italian food or a pleasant dining experience.

Tried their steak and cheese hoagie and it was amazing!!! 10/10 Hoagie was very big and filled very good flavor!!! Definitely highly recommend everyone to try this place!!! Employees are also very nice and well mannered!!!

Totaro’s is absolutely delicious and the owners are so friendly!
I have used their catering for a community event and an office luncheon. Their meatball hoagies and steak and cheese hoagies are so good! They also have a spicy Mac and Cheese that is so creamy and full of flavor with just enough heat. I can’t wait to try more of their menu options.
