If you’re looking for a cheesesteak that has shaved ribeye Cooper Sharp and packed full of deliciousness this is 100% the spot to come to in South Florida. Been looking for a cheesesteak like this here since visiting Philadelphia and trying all the best places! I had resorted to making my own until I found this place! Absolutely awesome and Larry is the coolest dude ever! Will be becoming a regular!

TOTALLY AWEFUL SUBS??
Been going here for a couple of years. On the expensive side compared to other sub shops in the area, but the quality and taste were always worth it!!
But ….
Today I got the usual. Large Steak and cheese with mushrooms (this time extra mushrooms) and it cost me close to $18. The taste was not on par but what got me was the portion. The steak and cheese hardly filled the roll. Almost like a small order served in the large roll. Never had this issue in the past. I know costs have been going up, not sure if that’s what’s at stake here, but this is ridiculous. If you are going to charge premium orices, I expect a premium sandwich
Won’t be going here anymore. Columbino on Forrest Hill large sub was around $10 and just as good. NY Style Pizza on Lake Worth Rd ad Jog also a great sub and cheaper.
Sorry to leave such a bad review on one of my favorite places. To be clear, the staff there is excellent as well as the atmosphere. I met the owner once and very nice and approachable.

I was in the area during lunch when I discovered this great sub shop in the Woodlake Boulevard Plaza. Totally Awesome Subs has been serving up fresh and delicious subs and salads since 2011.
Totally Awesome Subs has a classic rock theme.. There are rock music posters and collectibles on the walls and music playing throughout the cafe. There are a number of tables if you want to eat in or you can take your meal to go as I did.
All of the subs and salads are made with high quality meat and cheese, locally sourced produce, and fresh baked bread. The menu includes cold subs and wraps, hot subs including their signature subs, fresh salads, soups, and snacks. Feel free to customize your meal to your taste.
I decided on the 8 inch Italian sub with ham, capicola, Genoa salami, and provolone. All subs come with lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet and hot peppers, oil vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, mayo, and mustard. Any other toppings are an additional price. I loved that they sliced the meet fresh for my sandwich and the bread was fresh.
I took my sub to go to enjoy at a nearby park but I felt welcome to dine in. I found both the price and service to be satisfactory at Totally Awesome Subs. I would stop in again if I was in Greenacres and in need of a quality and budget friendly lunch.

By far the best subs we have ever had. Place was immaculate, deli meats & condiments were fresh and my Philly steak was seasoned perfectly. My husband already has his next choice picked out because his Italian sub was so good. Thank you for your patience as we had such a hard time choosing from that wonderful selection. Be back soon and going to spread the word

We’ve come in a couple times, the first of which was within 30 minutes of closing (which we felt bad about, but also we’re happy we went!), and both times the staff was very friendly and patient. The food is delicious! The meats are cut fresh for each sandwich, and are high quality. The breads are always perfect, and they have a large selection of toppings. The location seems off the beaten path, at least in the later afternoon, as most of the other businesses in the plaza are closed when we’ve been. For the great food and service, I highly recommend this gem.

I came here on a friend’s recommendation and after visiting, it definitely is one of the better options for subs in the area. The interior is a fun eclectic mix of rock n roll memorabilia with its own charming quirks here and there, the staff was kind and attentive, and of course the food was excellent and reasonably priced. I especially enjoyed that they had their own section for unique subs in addition to the standard menu you’d see anywhere else.

Wow. First time being here after living a while. I got the dragon fire which is like a cheesesteak with pepperoni and jalapeños and sweet (? Maybe) peppers and spicy cheese. I added onions grilled with it and lettuce. This is an incredible sub. The price was a bit of a turn off but I was committed so I rolled with it. Got home, opened up the box and found out why the price was the way it was. Not only is it a delicious sub, but a 12 inch easily feeds two very hungry people. So I have delicious leftovers. The bread is good. The staff is friendly. And I think the owner asked me how I was doing when he popped in for a second which was nice. It’s easy to miss because the parking lot is always empty but this is a fantastic place to seek out if you’re in the area. If they were in the plazas on jog and lake worth they would have a line out the door. But they’re not so you get your food pretty quick. I will 100% be going back.

Delicious subs – i went for the monster McGee which included three scrumptious meats as well as choice of cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato, peppers, pickle, seasonings and more. Really quality sub. On the higher end of sub prices however worth every penny due to the high quality nature of the meats. Very friendly staff and exceptionally clean! Don’t walk here…or run…SPRINT!!!

I love this place. There’s a tremendous variety of subs, and they are all freshly prepared. Do not think of Subways when considering this place for food. Think of a freshly prepared sandwich that is delicious with specialty sauces and ingenious combinations. Plus the owners are fantastic and very friendly. I also love the decor. A great place to get good, fresh food at a reasonable price.
