I had a great experience yesterday. Shari was friendly and patient. I needed to buy multiple bottles of wine for my Galentine’s day gifts. I don’t drink wine so I had no clue how to answer wine related questions. She was patient and broke it down to me to help me find the perfect bottles of wine within my price range. I also needed to find nonalcoholic Michelobs. We went to the nonalcoholic sections and we couldn’t find it. She decided to look it up and we were able to find it in the beer section. She saved me the trip to another store. Miracle was friendly and made sure that all my wine was nice and secure.

Rating 0/5 stars: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at this location. The store is consistently unhygienic and feels unsafe due to the lack of security regarding the surrounding transit areas.
The management is a major issue. I attempted to ask for assistance with specific products and beers, but the manager was dismissive, lacked basic product knowledge, and was surprisingly condescending when I asked for clarification. It’s clear there is a toxic culture here; the staff seems intimidated by her, and the customer service is nonexistent. As a frequent traveler through this area, I’m tired of the unprofessionalism. Management needs a serious overhaul.

Total wine is the BEST liquor store chain ever. They have a huge selection and variety. Everytime I’ve needed help / recommendations their staff is super insightful and polite. Another thing to note, the store is always spotlessly clean.

My experience with Total wine delivery was above my expectations. From the moment I placed the order to the delivery person knocking on the door took about 30 minutes, they said it would take 60 or less (I live about 3 miles from the store)and the whole order was accurate.

Instead of helping, she was condescending and used circular logic to avoid answering questions. It’s clear the staff is intimidated by her, creating a toxic shopping environment. I frequent this area, but I will be avoiding this “monster” of a location until management is addressed.
