It was a VERY busy, rainy Sunday afternoon, great sign to start with! Best poke I’ve ever had! Pork in Ramen dish was SO tender and delicious! Will absolutely be back!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this ramen restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was unpleasant. The waitress had a very bad attitude, as if she didn’t want to do business at all, and seemed lazy when asked to help set up a table for us.
Taking our order was also unprofessional. The young lady stood on the opposite side of the table, forcing us to speak loudly just for her to hear us. Even then, she appeared very impatient, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
We had hoped the food would make up for the poor service, especially given the positive reviews we had seen—but unfortunately, it did not. The ramen noodles were overly soft and completely lacking in flavor. The pork was terribly prepared; it fell apart the moment I tried to pick it up with chopsticks, and not in a good, tender way.
To the restaurant owner: please consider properly training your staff on basic customer service and professionalism, and take steps to improve the quality of the food. With better service and execution, this place could be much better.

I live in Houston and try to visit my son in Medford at least once a year and I’m always glad to find good food in Medford. I had the veggie ramen with black garlic oil amd a veggie roll. Both were delicious. Everything was fresh and the service was attentive. I’m glad I tried this place.

We just ate here for dinner and we loved it! The amount & quality of food was incredible, in the picture I attached we ate SO MUCH and it still looked like we had full plates. The service was absolutely fantastic, our waitress was super friendly and helpful! She packed our leftovers in the best way-nothing will be soggy or dried out for tomorrow. If we’re ever in the area again we will be sure to swing by here!

Food was absolutely delicious! Loved my Miso Ramen and Karage Chicken. However, it seemed like they were short staffed with only two waitresses on a Friday night which made for service which could have been better overall. I could tell that this place stays busy and would be good for them to have more hands to help out! Nonetheless it’s a cozy spot with a great food.

Delicious, hearty, big portions, kind people. We walked in and were warmly greeted by everyone who works here, which was a detail that made this place immediately stand out for me.

It was bussy. They lost our order, so it took longer then expected. The server was real nice gave us some free drinks and appetizers. Even though we waited for our food much longer then we wanted. The food was delicious when we did get it. We will go back and hope our order doesn’t get lost again.

This is a great little Ramen place tucked in over by WinCo. I didn’t try the sushi but I plan to next time we go. I did really enjoy miso ramen and the chicken yakisoba. The service was friendly and efficient. We went for lunch and there was plenty of seating and a constant stream of customers. I look forward to our next visit.
