I’ve tried this place a couple of times now and both times it has been consistent. The food comes out pretty quickly and the burger is just made well. I tried their California smashed burger as it had some veggies in it (wanted to be a bit healthier) with the sidewinder fries. I also ordered the cheese curds and my friend got some of the Salt n Pepper wings. Both the cheese curds and wings were great. I liked that they were both easy to eat and not too messy as well.

Located in a small food court with other offerings. I had a burger and fries. Good smash style burger. Plenty of fries and market prices $14 fries inc. Burger was very good not fantastic , fries were fresh and i would say very good. and portions were generius. Food court was very clean and nice design and environment- I would go here again.

We ordered a double burger with bacon. Wow and more wow. The best smash style burger we have ever had. The fries are also done wonderfully. Top that off this a tap house beer that is in the same building. Simply the best. I will definitely come back and I sure hope you try them out.

Great burger with fries cooked perfectly—crispy and hot. The price for a burger and fries is an absolute steal for being right in the middle of downtown Portland. The atmosphere is kid-friendly, and the burger and fries were kid-approved too. We’ll definitely be back.

Just came from eating lunch here. I ordered a spam masubi and was disappointed to find they add a little dollop of something under the spam that was flavorful, but includes a decent bunch of sesame seeds for some reason. I ordered this because I can’t eat seeds (digestion thing), so I couldn’t continue eating it once I found them. I wish that was mentioned on the menu.
I also ordered the sweet potato fries, which were delicious and plentiful. So at least I still had other food to eat.

I had high hopes for their smash burger but it was under salted and way too chewy. The fries were great though but you van get great fries almost anywhere in Portland.

TOSS’D is such a solid addition to Flock. The wings are super crispy and well-seasoned, the smash burgers are juicy without being greasy, and the loaded fries are ridiculous in the best way. It’s an easy go-to spot inside Flock Food Hall, right next to the Ritz-Carlton – perfect for a quick lunch, pre-game bite, or casual hang with a beer from Prime Tap House. Definitely worth a stop if you’re downtown and hungry.

This place is seriously a hidden gem—definitely one of the best meals I’ve had!
The soy garlic chicken was absolutely incredible. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The flavor was just amazing—rich, savory, and completely addictive.
The Smashacado burger was just as impressive. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the combination of ingredients was so well balanced. You can really taste the quality.
Honestly, this is one of those places you keep thinking about after you leave. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wings lacked the crunch/texture of other locations. They also didn’t come with blue cheese. Unlike the other person I found the burger to be far too salty. I’m not sure why you need to add salt to a burger though. It was cooked closer to leather than well done (didn’t get an option to specify medium).
