Driving back roads heading to Waggoner, IL, we came upon a small community at an intersection and found this diner.
The atmosphere was great. It was relatively quiet, despite a steady stream of people coming in and out.
Our food was delicious and our waitress was graciously attentive and prompt to see to our every need.
It was the first time my husband did not ask for a go box to take half his food home to the dogs, in a long time; he cleaned his plate.
We drove back by a little later in the day, and there were alot of people there…which wasn’t surprising; good news travels fast…especially about good food!

Not much to look at from the outside but the food and service and atmosphere are everything you want a diner to be! I would show you a picture of the homemade biscuits and gravy but I devoured it because of how delicious it was! Worth the quick 3 1/2 mile drive off the highway! 100%!

We stopped in half an hour before they closed and had a nice lunch. We had a burger and tenderloin sandwich which were freshly prepared and delicious. Fries were okay. Friendly and welcoming place with wonderful service. Would definitely go there again when in the area.

Since moving to Litchfield, we’ve been searching for a good hometown diner. Today we finally tried Tosi’s and I’m a bit disappointed that it took me so long to venture out to try. Food was delicious and portions were plentiful. I had the breakfast horseshoe, a large biscuits and gravy and an order of fried mushrooms and my wife had the fire chicken sandwich. She said it was the best she’s ever had. We will definitely be back

Over the past 3 to 4 years I have eaten here about 50 times. Most often breakfast, a lot for lunch a few times for dinner. The thing I love is they are consistent! Never a bad day, never a little off, never any attitude or disrespect from the staff. Good food done right. Very surprising now days!

Fried Chicken is excellent, and well prepared. Fresh salad served with crackers, tomato, cheese, and onion. Catfish filets are large and cooked to order. Not fishy tasting or slimy. All reasonably priced.

Stopped here for a bite to eat on the way back home. Was an adorable little diner. Very well priced! Even had cheaper options for seniors which I thought was amazing. Loved all the old photos and decor they had. Everyone seemed so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!

Traveling on I-55 and was searching for a small town diner. Tosi’s looked good. Glad we stopped, food was good and plentiful. One waitress running the show and doing a great job. Really wanted a piece of pie (looked home made) but didn’t have room.
