ABOUT US: I am Toshu of Toshu’s BoomNPickles. Name pronounced Tosha. About me; I am a wife and mother to 2 wonderful young men. I’ve been married for 25 years. I started out buying pickles from others and was not satisfied. I would say this to my sister Tiff, and she said to me, You are a cook and love to make different food. You can make your own pickles. I searched several websites and called my father Andrew, who told me my grandmother’s canning recipe, and this is how Toshu’s BoomNPickles was born, going on 3 1/2 years.
