We had a great time at Tosh’s Ramen. We tried the Tonkotzu Ramen and it was just delicious. Pork was so soft that you could not believe it and it actually melts in your mouth like butter. The flavor was outstanding. We also order Gyoza as an appetizer and it had a real nice taste.

My daughters and I were looking for Japanese food to eat. We ordered Kurimi black shoyu ramen, Karai ramen and I pieced my dinner for somthing on lighter side. I got edamame, Kushi Katsu and side of rice. We also ordered side of gyoza. It was very busy but service was fantastic.

I ordered take-out, but the restaurant loons super clean and great decor. The staff was super friendly and quick. THE RAMEN WAS SO GOOD! Literally some of the best I’ve ever had. The tonkotsu broth is the perfect savory, creamy pork flavor. The noodles have the perfect amount of give and stand up to the broth. I love the simple toppings, but you can always add on what you want if you need more.

Tonkotsu broth is flavorful, pork is fatty, tender and super flavorful too. But as the platonic ramen it fails to have soy sauce egg and house made noodles. Still, probably one of the better ramens in Salt Lake.

Went for lunch. Got the katsudon rice bowl and karai ramen. First of all, the restaurant allows non-service animals in the restaurant? Okay, I guess people with animal allergies can just…deal? I’m cool with service animals but this dog wasnt wearing any vest to identify it as such and was jumping on people (a big no no for service animals), so it clearly wasn’t one.
