Nice people, but can’t recommend for vegetarians. The veggie delight was 90% cabbage and some broccoli with little flavor. No other veggies at all.
The other dish I tried was the Veggie Yaki-udong. Also a lot of cabbage, broccoli and a bit of a smokey flavor on the noodles.

Ownership must have changed. 2 years ago this was one of the best teriyaki spots. Now it’s a rip off with a poor product at very high prices. Horrible experience.
$30 for this kalbi order. 90 perc bones, very little actual meat. Host was apologetic but $22.99 plus tax and tip this is $30 bucks for bones.

It’s hidden from the street but if you go into the sound end Mercer Island qfc’s parking lot, you will see Toshi’s Teriyaki. There food is fantastic and the the people working there are the friendliest people. I’ve gone there on my lunches several times and had either the chicken fried rice or the chicken katsu.
