Amazing place! Great service, been coming here for over a decade. Love their tonkatsu, my sister had their unagi don which she loved. The starter salad has a delicious dressing, miso soup has a great flavour. We had the spicy salmon roll which tasted very fresh, will definitely continue to come back to this place.

Ordered take out for the first time this week from Toshi. Ordering and picking up the food was easy. The disappointing part was the 27 pieces of sushi and sashimi that was supposed to be 28 pieces. The scallop sashimi was 1 that was cut into 4 small separate pieces. Also I have eaten at a lot of different sushi places and never been served maki that was falling apart. The quality of the fish was okay…not amazing. They provided us with lots of little soy packets and chopsticks. Would try somewhere else next time.

The sushi was just alright here. It looks fine but something was off with the taste. I had the yam roll, which was decent (7.9/10). I had the Atlantic roll, and the salmon was not hitting at all (5/10). I also had the Philadelphia roll and wow, it was haunting. I think it was mostly the wasabi mayo (the yellow stuff) but unfortunately it was very disappointing (1.5/10). It’s possible I just happened to get a weird batch, but even my fiancé who loves sushi didn’t particularly like anything we tried lol.

Amazing experience at this Japanese restaurant. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were really good. We tried the bento box and teriyaki — both were fire. The lady serving us was super polite and helpful.

A real great Japanese Restaurant in an unassuming Brampton strip mall.
Really fresh sushi and sashimi. Really nice portions at some fair prices. We really didn’t order from the menu, we just asked the chef to make whatever he wanted.
Next time we will go back and order from the menu.
It’s not fancy but rather homey. It would have been nice if there was a sushi bar but the open kitchen made up for it.
A great place for locals but it’s also worth the drive.

These guys are goood!!! We have been ordering here for a while and it’s always delightful. The veggie tempura always surprises us, this time they had a mix of Okra, onions, eggplant, taro, pumpkin and asparagus along with others! It was superb. Their pickle rolls and avocado rolls are delicious as well! Check out their menu!

It was my first time dining here and it was beyond amazing. The staff is friendly and the portions are huge. The food was also really tasty and I loved the presentation of each dish. I will definitely be returning to enjoy their other Menu items!
