Such a phenomenal experience. The food was so good and service was great. I sat at the bar (Tuesday night 12/2) and both bartenders were amazing. I had the blackberry and cinnamon drink with bourbon (instead of vodka). Superb! I had the eggplant parmigiana, the bolognese, and a Cesar salad. All were divine. The eggplant was cooked perfectly and very cheesy. The pasta was different as they use a cream sauce instead of red BUT some of the best bolognese I’ve had. I had the fresh berries and cream for dessert. It was good but I wish there was a little more of it. The bar area is loud and there are 2 tvs. Best to make a reservation of you want to sit in the dining area!

Valentine’s Day with the family was celebrated with a great Italian restaurant.

We started of our night with Tuscan Red Wine from Montalcino region suggested by our server Tomas.

For appetizers:

• 2 Dozen Oysters. Tiny but fresh and they went out fast!
• Calamari in Gratella was amazing! They were grilled and perfectly cooked squid’s. Splash of lemon and a sprinkle of salt.
• Cesare Salad was delicious! Always a must order and not overpowered with so much dressing.
• Chicken Liver Pate in Crostini brought me back memories of when my grandma used to make them back in the day. Perfect seasoning.

For entrée:

• Rigatoni Norcina was amazingly delicious! Perfect amount of truffle flavor. Every bite was definitely enjoyed!

For dessert:

• Créme Caramel AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not good at all
• Tiramisu HIGHLY disappointed. If you’re looking for the typical classical tiramisu; this is not it! It’s literally ice cream with coffee flakes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
• Panna Cotta was the best dessert we had.

We shared bruschetta and the tricolor salad to start with, and had spaghetti pomodoro and mediterrenean sea bass as mains.
Everything was delicious but the sea bass exceptional, so tender and we dipped bread to its sauce.
Their fresh bread and olive oil are also a highlight and generous wine portions!

We enjoyed great dinner with a mushroom pizza, penne pasta, vongole pasta, and steak. The atmosphere was cool also.

Toscano delivered an absolutely delicious dining experience tonight for these two Jerseyans! From the moment we walked in, the upscale ambiance set the perfect tone – elegant yet welcoming. Every dish we ordered was a testament to quality and skill, and we found the existing rave reviews to be completely accurate. It’s rare to find a place that truly lives up to its reputation, but Toscano exceeded our expectations. If we’re ever back in the area, a return visit will be on our list. Highly recommend for a truly memorable meal!

The service was great. Ambiance is sober…great for conversations. Food is good but not that good, it’s normal (although tried only two dishes)!

Comfortable atmosphere with dim lighting and tables that feel more private than they appear. Great quality food with generous portions and served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Reservations are not required by suggested. If you order one of the pasta dishes I recommend sharing, the portions are generous.

My fiancé and I stumbled upon this charming restaurant during our visit, and while we found it easy to book a table, our last-minute Sunday reservation meant we had to wait until 8pm. The lively atmosphere was enhanced by low lighting, creating an intimate vibe, although the space felt a bit cramped, making it tricky to navigate with our winter jackets.

Now, onto the food — it was delicious! We started with the minestrone soup, which was rich and hearty, followed by perfectly grilled salmon. We couldn’t resist dessert, and it was just as satisfying.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back soon. If you’re in Cambridge, be sure to check it out — just remember to book ahead!

I had the Tutto Pepe – similar to Steak au poivre and a tricolor salad. The salad was fresh, with a light drizzle of excellent aged balsamic. The steak was one of the best I have ever had. The decor and ambience are impressive. The glass in the lights and sconces is handmade.

The food here was incredible. The portions were fairly large and the salads a little boring but yummy. The pizza was very authentic Italian thin crust. The cod was nothing of what I expected but it was very yummy nevertheless and the gnocchi were fabulous too. The bread was warm and the waiters very attentive. Overall great experience, noisy restaurant but that’s a given nowadays at restaurants in the US.
