When we got our bill we discovered that they charged us $3.09 every time they brought us more chips and salsa! I have never been to a Mexican restaurant that charged for each basket of chips. What makes it worse is that they did not let us know beforehand. They also charge for drink refills as well. Too many unexpected charges, and the food wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. Not terrible, not great. Just mediocre. We will not go there again.

This place was terrible. They brought us chips and salsa when we came in. I ordered a cheesedip and they didn’t bring us chips and when I asked for more chips I was told there would be an extra charge for more chips! The chips I had were the free chips from the chips and salsa and I didnt get any chips fot the cheesedip! When I questioned the server he was super rude and told me nobody else complains about paying for extra chips! I have never in my life eaten at a Mexican Restaurant where they charged me for Tortilla Chips! Especially when I didnt even get chips for my cheesedip order! Service was also very slow and like I mentioned above the server was rude!

I heard that this was a good Mexican restaurant to try when I am from Texas visiting Arkansas. This was the worst Tex-Mex restaurant I’ve ever tried. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone in my extended family or friends in the world do not visit this place service is slow. No one knows what their specials are and it took over an hour to get my food.

My husband and I had eaten here a few times years ago, but those experiences weren’t great. After getting food to-go there today, it definitely seems to have improved!
The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean, and our order was ready within minutes. I ordered two crispy beef tacos, a large salsa, and plenty of extra chips. My husband got their largest burrito, The California. The man who took our order was very patient and accommodating when I had questions about their menu.
I made sure to check our food before pulling away, and I will say that my tacos were made incorrectly. However, it was just a miscommunication, and they were extremely quick to fix it.
My husband said his burrito was one of the best he’s had in a while. My tacos were very tasty, and the salsa is also very good. We are very happy with our experience this time, we’re excited to have found another restaurant that we like in Des Arc.

Let us first start by thanking the waitress that waited on us (she was fantastic). We have been at restaurants in Rhode Island to San Francisco, Key West to Chicago and this little restaurant beats them all. The food was amazing from the chip and dip to the mix, meat, ranchero special. We live an hour or so away but will definitely be back!

The food was amazing but it was really expensive. We usually order a double fajita, 2 sides of rice, large cheese dip, and 3 drinks and at most places its usually $35-40. Ordered the same here and it was $60 the was amazing though! Just a little pricey for us.

My family and I stopped there on or way back from Toronto Canada to Sherman Tx. for some Mexican food and we order a torta al pastor and it was good. the egg and potatoes burritos were ok. Potatoes were brown but didn’t taste bad.

Tonight they forgot our chips and salsa on a take out order. I was super disappointed because it is so good. That is literally the only complaint I have ever had about this place. The food is always hot, fresh simply amazing. The service and staff are as amazing as the food.
