My husband and I are amazed at how delicious the food is here! It tastes like really good home cooked Mexican food. It is authentic without resorting to gobs of cheese and bland tasting food. Instead, each dish has its own unique delicious flavor. Don’t let the simple interior fool you – sit down, relax, and enjoy!

This is the real deal for authentic Mexican food! Go online and check out the pictures then enjoy a trip to the best Mexican restaurant south of New York City!

We have been coming her now for over two years and the food is consistently excellent! If we were closer this would be a once a week stop for us. Be sure to check out the breakfast menu that they have too.

Great family run restaurant specializing in on site prepared tortillas and tacos. Tortilla machine is proudly in the center of the store/restaurant! We are visiting from San Francisco and boy does it hit the spot. Clean and great lunch only service. Shrimp cocktail in ceviche style was great too.

Finding authentic Mexican restaurants can be a bit of a challenge. I love tracking down places that are a little more hole in the wall, family owned, everything made in house, including house made tortillas…. ☺️
Tortilleria blew me away with everything from the simple chips and salsa (with home made tortilla chips) and their entrees, everything from tamales to chimichangas, all simple, humble, and authentic home cooking. Our server was the owner and our cook. She was a super woman, and everything came out perfectly like I was a member of their family… it’s a fixture in my mind whenever we pass it on Rt 72, and you should keep it on your mind too.
Please tip well.

So good. They make their own tortillas. Burrito was delicious. A must have is the carnitas. Staff is very friendly. I never see this place busy and it’s a shame. It is a real gem in a town of mediocre restaurants.

SO delicious! Best Mexican food I’ve had in ages. I had the Chile rellenos, which are difficult to find in the US. They were fantastic, and the chips were so fresh, light, and crispy.

Awesome authentic food. Run by 3 women who make some great home cooking. we went saturday for first time and it was so good we brought all our friends back on sunday. They give free homemade chips and green salsa to the table. They are amazing. we ate all of it and the second basket cause its unlimited. I got the pork ribs in tomatilla sauce the first day which just fell off the bone and the breakfast burrito the second day which was awesome. Friend got the diablo shrimp which was delicious but very spicy so be careful. My fiance got the tamales which I never enjoyed but now I love. Very small place with just a small cooking area in the back so if you go with parties larger than 6 or so the food takes slightly longer but its worth the wait. beside you have chips and salsa while you wait.

I noticed there was a 25% off coupon via Verizon Rewards, so I printed it and went to the restaurant. They refused to honor it and claimed it wasn’t their responsibility to contact the site to discontinue the coupon. They were quite rude about it.

Service was overall very slow for an empty restaurant.

Food was okay, but the horchata tasted like fake cinnamon. But I will never go back there after the way we were treated.

I really give this place zero stars. This was the WORST MEXICAN FOOD I’ve ever had. My family and I ordered four red cheese enchiladas. They were terrible! The enchiladas were filled with a mysterious hard white cheese. Not cheddar. Not jack. Mozzarella? (The fact that I’m even considering mozzarella cheese in Mexican food is ridiculous) But, no. I’m not sure what was in those enchiladas. I will forever ponder what the hard and chewy substance wrapped around those soggy and flimsy corn tortillas was. Along with that, the rice was OVERCOOKED and had NO FLAVOR. The refried beans had NO FLAVOR. Refried beans out of a can had more flavor than that. We also got chips and green salsa (juice) that were mediocre for 6.00. In total, we spent 54.00 on the worst Mexican food ever!! IF YOU HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR YOURSELF OR MEXICAN FOOD OR EVEN MEXICO, DO NOT EAT THE FOOD FROM HERE! I’m still hungry and I’m scared I’m going to get food poisoning. Pray for us please.
