We saw the Tortilleria sign a couple of years ago and decided to explore and found the place closed during the evening hours.
I am so glad I made it a point to go back. This is old school, do what you do best, authentic food with four selections. I had the tacos (3) and selected one beef, one chicken, and one pork. They came with a grilled jalapeño; a grilled onion, radishes, and a few tortilla chips. It was so good I went back the next day and ordered the sopes in the same fashion.
This place is a jewel if you like authentic food. There is a great selection of drinks and really good service.

I love Tortilleria E&H! I’ve been here a few times and have tried a few different foods, including chorizo tacos, tinga tacos, chilaquiles, and birria. Plus, I’ve gotten my fair share of tortillas for take home plus have shopped in their store next door. Everything I’ve had has been absolutely wonderful!
I highly recommend this place to anyone I speak to about Mexican food in the area. Knowing any Spanish definitely helps if you’re going to eat here, but not at all a necessity!

This place is straight up legit. I am originally from SoCal and this food is spot on. Fresh tortillas are awesome and the food was not only authentic but fantastic. I tried a lot of Mexican restaurants in Baldwin County in search of good Mexican food and I finally found it. I can’t figure out how some of the reviews say the food was great but only gave 1-3 stars. I get you might think it’s a bit expensive but you are getting REAL quality food not Taco Bell. Some people don’t appear to understand how rating systems work. For the one knucklehead making the race complaint. Two white guys walk into Tortilleria E&H for lunch and guess what happens? Excellent service and great food. If you don’t get it Jim we were two white guys having the lunch. This place is all about putting out good food! If you can appreciate good Mexican food you are going to love this place.

We drive by this place every day coming to and from work. We decided to finally check it out after finding out that it was actually a restaurants. We ordered the Birria and Carnitas (only thing they serve on weekends), had tons leftover. Super fresh, super delicious! Will definitely be coming back!

Food and service are amazing, just make sure to get there 11-2pm to not miss out on their delicious lunch. Their carne Asada falls apart on every bite and the pastor is just the right amount of flavor without being overbearing. 5/5 authentic Mexican food with tasty chips and salsa. And not to mention amazing flour and corn tortillas. Would recommend to any taco aficionado and the ladies were super nice and welcoming.

Authentic Mexican food. Carnitas are a Michoacan, Mexico delicacy. They are very difficult to make and hard to find in the U.S. These taste very similar to the famous carnitas from Quiroga, Michoacan, the carnitas capital.
