Hands down the best chicharrones de puerco, buche, and Barbacoa in the area. I love Houston but can’t find anything there as good as Crystal’s. It’s a special treat when I’m driving through El Campo on the way to see my parents. Their corn tortillas are warm and perfect for a quick treat on the way home. Come early because they sell out early.
