I have been buying barbacoa here for years. I went today & I ended up finding a staple when taking a bite from my taco. I will no longer come here please be careful when buying food here.

They have really good barbacoa. Love the yellow tortillas. I hit this place in the weekends and whenever I need fresh made corn tortillas. They do run out at times. All the staff here is really nice. When they have avocados get some. I don’t know who is sorting their avocados but they are always perfect. Thank you everyone that works there.

I love the yellow corn tortillas, I always stock up when I go visit family in Alton. I once bought carnitas, and they were the best. Lots of meat, very little grease, good flavor.

I noticed the complaints are mostly about customer service on these reviews. In my recent experience on 5/28, I can agree with complaints. Lady who attended me did not have a friendly disposition. Food & tortillas are good but not worth the attitude you have to put up with for questionable service. I experienced this in the late afternoon, don’t know what her problem was but by the comments I’ve read, this seems to be a common negative attitude towards customers. No one should put up with this but the food is good.

Barbacoa and Chicharones are soooo good. They’re homemade salsas hit the spot too. Appreciate the lady that takes orders for drive thru… . The line gets long but she greets you with a smile. Thank you .

Great tortillas but drive through as far as customer service is the worst went to get some tortillas this morning get to the drive area I get asked what I would like as I was answering the lady just walks away from me took 5mins to come back out and with an attitude she asked what I would like I answered she walks back in comes back out and specified she did not have the tortillas I asked for with an attitude again I was already frustrated for waiting 30 mins and then not to have what I wanted no wonder people were driving away if the owner sees this review I’ve been getting my tortillas here for years Great tortillas but the customer service is the worst it’s always been that way you are loosing loyal customers I will no longer buy anything here I think many people will agree on the bad customer service
