They were very sociable, made the whole visit enjoyable, and prepared an absolutely amazing burrito for me. The service was excellent and the food was spot on. I’ll definitely be coming back. I visited Tortilla Windsor for the first time during my lunch break and was impressed by both the food quality and the service. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk, and the Leticia, was exceptionally welcoming. She kindly offered me a seat and brought the food to my table herself, which was a really thoughtful touch and not something you always expect.
The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere — clean, well-organised, and comfortable, making it an enjoyable place to sit and eat. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I’ll definitely be returning for lunch again. Highly recommended.

Best service ever, I live locally and when I have the chance to collect and order I would do so. Today I tried uber eats, Navl (hope I’ve typed it right) had noticed my preferences and has always succeeded in making my order pleasant. Out of or the tortilla’s I’ve been too, this has always been on of my best experiences. They cater and adhere to what you want and request. All other staff have been pleasantly well and understanding, I wish I could shout them out but Navl for me has been one to catch my eye most of the time. Thank you Navl.

I visited Tortilla with my family as we enjoy Mexican food, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude, and the service was poor. In addition, the menu options felt very limited — customers are essentially restricted to pork or chicken, with black beans as the default. If you want alternatives such as beef, there is an additional charge, which was not clearly communicated. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we felt the pricing was unfair given the level of service

I had a very unpleasant experience when I went to collect a delivery from this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude, especially the person at the till. Even the manager was unprofessional and unhelpful.
I was told the order would take 15 minutes, but there were no customers dining in at all. I had travelled 6 miles to pick up the order, which should have been more than enough time to prepare it. When I questioned why it was taking around 30 minutes, the staff member rudely told me to cancel the order if I couldn’t wait.
He said the same thing to multiple delivery riders, which is completely unacceptable. This kind of behaviour explains why the restaurant was empty. Terrible service and zero respect for customers or delivery partners. I would not recommend this place
