What a disappointment. I used to come here once a week for an evening meal, and was always satisfied. Due to a schedule change, I stopped going. My schedule recently changed again, which allowed me to return after a few months and this has gone so massively downhill.
The pork, usually flavourful and shredded came in 4 large, bland tough chunks, with one chunk being mostly fat. The rice, again usually soft, warm and flavourful, was hard and bland.
Such a poor experience, I won’t be back. Poor quality meal in the bin. What a waste.

Awesome burritos at a fair price. Staff is great. Today I ended up getting two meals here since work has been nuts and had the pleasure of being served by Sarah and Jake, who were incredibly friendly (and make a mean burrito). Delicious and nutritious!

3 of us were not welcome in Bill’s Restaurant even though there was a table we could use. They said they wouldn’t be able to serve the food to us!
So we went across the road to Tortilla and we were more than welcome here! The staff were all super friendly and helpful.
The place was spacious and you could easily get around in a manual or electric wheelchair.
The food was delicious, I had a burrito and the others had a quesadilla, burrito bowl and tortillas, we all enjoyed our meals. The flavours were so good and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since and can’t wait to go back!

First time visiting and will definitely be back. Very clean store, super quick and friendly service. Fresh food, very well made. Good selection for even fussy eaters. Loved the kids menu.

What really made the visit stand out was the service. Mushtari was outstanding — incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect and made the whole experience even better.
Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Tortilla to anyone who loves good Mexican food

I visited Tortilla Norwich today (quiet Sunday afternoon) I opted for the chicken with Mexican rice, but unfortunately, the chicken had just run out and was scraped from the bottom of the tray. As a result, I had to pick out a few overcooked, burnt pieces (hard black bits) which was disappointing.
For the price, I found the portion size and overall quality underwhelming, especially considering that toppings come at an additional charge, which quickly increases the cost. The food was served on metal trays, which I assume are meant to contribute to a casual, cantina-style aesthetic, but unfortunately the rust is a bit of a vibe killer.

Sarah was amazing when we walked in, greeted us straight away and explained how it worked as we’ve never been before. So polite and smiley.
Food was absolutely amazing, we love an hour away and would be happy to drive the hour just to have the food.

The tortilla was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. The wrap was soft, the filling was generous, and every bite had a great mix of texture and taste. Definitely a satisfying and comforting choice!
