Tucked away in a corner of Arndale. I came here to grab some tacos for lunch which despite looking like a fast-food chain, was prepared with fresh ingredients and was delicious.
A highlight of the meal was chatting with Usman the manager who was super friendly and was more than happy to share about his passion for food. He recommended that I should try his own customised taco and went beyond his way to prepare one for tasting. Fantastic service and I’ll return again

I visited this place and tried both the burrito and the naked burrito. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and had great flavors. The portion sizes were good, and everything tasted homemade. However, the atmosphere felt a little quiet since there was no music playing, which could have made the experience more lively. Overall, the food was great, but a bit of background music would enhance the dining experience.

Delicious clean food, not greasy at all, new general manager super friendly and gave us some new tacos to try which were so good too! Good value for money, big portions, we got two meal deals and it was about 27quid, salad bowl and a large burrito. Would definitely recommend and would come again!

nothing wrong with this is at all. my first tortilla experience and it was good! the medium size was definitely enough for a good meal so don’t worry if you’re worried it won’t be.
plenty of yummy choices (as a vegetarian too) and the staff were efficient, quick and friendly. there was a nice place to sit and i loved my food

I made a mistake on the ordering machine, and spoke to the staff to rectify the mistake. They had not started making my burrito but told me they couldn’t do anything about my mistake. They told me a manager would have to be present to fix any mistakes made, but as one wasn’t, the mistaken order would have to be made as normal.
This is unacceptable, the staff were not willing to help in any way, and both members of staff clearly couldn’t care less about my order.
I will stick to Listo Burrito, which isn’t far from here, has better service and the staff actually act like they care about the customer service experience.
At almost £13 a burrito, I expected more clearly I was mistaken.

We were served by the absolute legend Bongi!! He really took care of and went the extra mile loveliest guy ever! The food was delicious and atmosphere perfect. Will be returning very very soon Thanks Bongi for making our day out so special!

Beyond awful!
Made a mistake with my order, staff refused to help me. Told me nothing could be done without a manager present, there was no manager. If staff don’t have the capability to help with issues without management, why is there no manager there?? Rude and unhelpful staff.
I spent the whole time I waited, watching one of the staff members blow and wipe his nose numerous times, without washing his hands, and then constantly wiping his snotty nose on his gloved hands while handling burritos, very grim!
At almost £13 a burrito, I expect way better, the rice is like eating gravel it’s that raw, dry and hard. Burrito is bland and dry. All the fillings I ordered via the screen, were NOT in my burrito. All I got was vegan chilli, gravel rice and a few kernels of corn. Zero cheese/sauces/lime/onion. Place is shocking!
Customer service is completely non existent, give this rank chain a miss guys. This place isn’t the one for burritos! (Go to Listo Burrito instead!)
