I love this place it’s a Topeka classic. This was the first time I had been to there new location definitely an upgrade. The food improved since the last time I ate here also. Order taking was prompt food shortly after. Overall worth a trip in. We got jacks burrito dinner which comes with a bean and cheese burrito with cheese sauce beans chips and a beef taco. Two people for around 20’s. We got water so I’m not sure of the soda prices.

First time going to new location. I ordered and picked up. Staff wasn’t very friendly. The tacos were good but there was nothing Grand about the Gran-burrito. It was dry! No sauce and mostly beans. I had to eat halfway down until I got to any meat and there wasn’t much of it and one glob of cheese right in the middle was supposed to have sour cream (did not). I couldn’t finish it as there was absolutely no flavor. No bueno!

Tried to order online and by phone for carryout. They wouldn’t accept it. Drive thru or doordash only she said. I guess they didn’t want to sell $50 worth. I’m sure the owner will be pleased….

First time at the new location. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a Gran Taco Salad and requested mild sauce. Staff interaction was very brief and not friendly. The food was so bland. The meat had no seasoning, it was so dry, it was just hamburger with cheese on lettuce with tomatoes. No mild sauce provided. Such a disappointing lunch. I won’t be back.

Generous portion of meat on each taco. Fresh. Homemade. There is a little bit of a wait, but it is definitely worth it. We shared the 6 taco pack. Also had to wait for the drink to come out with the order. Delicious.

I and my daughter went there for lunch and got 2 tacos and a grand Sancho each. We were so disappointed driving from Lawrence to experience the food we always loved when living in Topeka. It was TRASH tacos barley had meat in them and the grand Sancho was the size that the regular Sancho is. What a waste of hard earned money. They have a new location now and charge more for their trash food. Do BETTER, AND get ppl to work in there that care about food quality!!!!Or close DOWN

The food has a really good flavor, and if my order would be correct, ever, I would absolutely rate them higher. Every single time I have ate there I have yet to get the add-ons actually put in my food and I have only once received sauce I asked for and it wasnt the sauce I had requested. I still would recommend eating there, just check your order before heading home. 6/10 recommend giving them a try.

This is definitely a couple of steps above Taco Bell. It’s not really fancy restaurant Mexican food, but it’s affordable and quick. The staff is very friendly! The prices are very affordable. I would also say it’s a Topeka food icon. You can’t really say you’ve been to Topeka unless you ate there! Lol.
