I went on Friday, November 22nd for a quick lunch break. Our server Betty was attentive and helpful. This time I decided to try something from the lunch special. Food looked good on maps so gave it a shot. It’s in a small plaza with it’s own parking lot. The staff was friendly but a little slow. Flautas looked interesting so that what I ordered, comes woth beans and rice. Had some nachos with bean dip and salsa (which was tasty and spicy). Food was good with some salt & Tapatio sauce. Place is old school style, clean and was relatively quiet.

One of my favorite restaurants to go to. Decently priced and food is always delicious. One of my favorite dishes is always the surf and turf either burritos, quesadilla, or the tacos. The Michelada’s here are actually really good too. And their appetizers are good.

I’ve been entertaining the idea of coming to tortilla inn and trying it out for a while, I mean it’s only 3 blocks away from my home and i love a good taco,
but I’m a strong believer in reviews and most are not favorable for this place but my car is in the shop and I was craving some tacos, so I got my coat and walk the 3 blocks. I got to say, this place is very comforting, With its Mexican decor and sweet old rock sounds coming from the speakers and the food was very good the tacos were juicy, the beer was cold and the service was quick! And very friendly.
Nothing like the reviews of long waits and cold food. I am sold on this place now. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family .

I wanted to check out something new for my travel page so I stopped by to Tortilla Inn Bar & Grill and let me just say 5/5 stars won’t do justice ! This restaurant not only offers amazing food but they also have a awesome service.
Food not only looked good but tasted amazing !

I stopped in for lunch today and arrived at the end of their weekend brunch… They had live Mariachi band along w/their brunch which is awesome (not sure if this is every weekend though)… Definitely going to bring Wifey out for brunch one of these weekends to find out! Now, onto the important part… The FOOD! It was absolutely A-MAY-ZING ‼ I’ve always been able to gauge whether a Mexican joint is good or not by the salsa they serve you with the chips at the beginning of the meal… If the salsa’s on point, typically the rest of your meal will be as well… I’m Mexican and as such a tough critic of authentic Mexican cuisine! This place did NOT disappoint!!! I ordered a Wet Steak Burrito Supreme, at the recommendation of Kareli (our server), we’ll get to her in a sec… The burrito’s ratio of meat to rice and beans was perfect! I asked for extra cheese in mine and they understood the assignment… I also ordered a Taco de Papa (Crispy Potato Taco) also a great tester of skills at a Mexican restaurant… It was so freaking good! My Brother ordered the Chicken Taquito Plate w/Rice & Beans and he said it was sooo good as well… Our server (Kareli) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and even though she was SUPER busy, still made sure we were well attended to during our visit… She was running around like some kind of Superwoman‼ The owners (Juan & Veronica) were there having brunch with their family and they even took time out from their family time to greet us and make sure our visit was a good one! I’d STRONGLY recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s searching for great Mexican food experience in the SFV!!! Keep up the good work… Wifey and I will DEFINITELY be back for a date night, Veronica mentioned they have Karaoke on Friday nights… Sounds like a great idea for a date night to me!

Tortilla Inn is a nicely hidden gem in the heart of Northridge. The Surf and Turf Tacos was a savory choice with special bacon-wrapped shrimp, and I’ll be coming back to try their Torta Supreme soon!
