We order 2 different meal but the taste almost the same (95%)
However I enjoy they serve it very warm.
Tried Mexican red wine — price is good but taste so so in general.
Love their chips and staffs are good as nice as well.
Special decorations and cozy at all.

The prices are low, but that’s about the only compliments I can give. The food is boring and not well seasoned, the plate that is served doesn’t look inviting, witch it should. What’s up with your salad? Both the food and the decor feels very old, the room is cluttered to give a cozy feeling but it’s meaning less, not a modern environment at all. I worked at Tortilla Flats’ sister restaurant El Gusto in Copenhagen somewhere in the mid-80’s and during my visit today, I was delighted to find that many of the same delicious dishes I served then, are still on the menu at Tortilla Flats
I know that all their food is freshly made. I even remember some of the recipes, that I have since made at home many, many times.
The interior is nice and cosy, and the service is casual and friendly.
Personally, I think the food could be a bit more spicy, but you could always ask for that.

Very nice restaurant with real authentic Mexican food. I have been living for many years in LA and San Diego and I have come to this place in Odense over more than 30 years it has not change a bit still good Mexican food. The margaritas are a bit too sweet for me but I am sure they will adapt if you ask

Without being able to tell you if the food was authentic Mexican food, I will still recommend it and say it was definitely out of the ordinary. The food was very rustique and delicious. The pricing was fair and there was plenty of opportunity to try more things and tailor the meal to your liking. The waiter was really nice and helpful too. I wish however maybe that there could have been some better explanations on the menu card or maybe some pictures to help the culturally deprived people like myself. All in all a great experience and will go again in the near future.

I’ve had the luxury of having tried many Mexican restaurants in California with Mexican owners and personal and several places around the USA and Canada.
I understand that this isn’t Mexico, but food like this matches what I’ve tasted in the US.
And this restaurant in Odense comes really close to my experience in the states.
