We asked for the server’s recommendation, and the carne asada quesadilla was amazing—cheesy, steaky, and bursting with flavor! Plus, the service was super friendly and quick. Also one the of the best Horchata’s we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back!

First time trying this and it was so delicious! Very impressed. Went right at closing time so didn’t get the full service/atmosphere experience but will be back! I had the chorizo and queso torta which came with chips and a little dip.

The food was very good. I ordered the milanesa torta and the steak quesadilla, and I would definitely recommend them.
The only issue I had was with the quesadilla. It came with spicy salsa, which I understand was my mistake for not noticing it on the menu. We were there with a three-year-old child, and my husband was the one who ordered the food. The quesadilla was meant for the child, and once I realized it was spicy, it was impossible for him to eat it.
I went to the staff and politely asked if it could be replaced with a quesadilla without the spicy salsa. I want to be clear that I was not trying to get free food. I was willing to return the original quesadilla since it was completely intact. Unfortunately, I was told that I would need to purchase another one and was advised, “next time, just make sure to order it without salsa.” Even after explaining that it couldn’t be eaten, no exception could be made.
Every day, families come in with children, and I think sometimes empathy is overlooked when it comes to unplanned situations, especially when you’re out with kids. Again, I wasn’t trying to get free food; I just wanted my child to be able to eat something. Thankfully, I was able to pay for another quesadilla, but there are families who go out as a special treat and are on a tight budget. Situations like this can happen, and a little flexibility can make a big difference.
The food itself was great, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in this situation, especially considering it involved a young child.

Decent tortas, the steak was well-cooked and the avocados were fresh. The salsa verde was a little too salty but I still ate it to swallow down the tortas/chips.
The service was amazing, the cashier and waitress were phenomenal and accommodated my needs!
Great service, decent food; a good option while inside the Sears Tower.

We ordered our food from the vending kiosk machine and were pleasantly surprised with a $10 discount—thank you for that! The sandwich was delicious, and the juice tasted fresh with no preservative-laden sauces. All the ingredients seemed organic and of great quality. We truly enjoyed it. Also, the vending machine was turned off right after our order. Thanks again!!!!

I saw the line was long and food looked good so stopped by and got the Beef Quesabirria Torta and was highly disappointed! The beef was spread on the torta very thinly and didn’t fully cover the torta, flavor was unable to be found because of all the onions. While I do enjoy red onions, there was extremely too many. Almost more onions than meat. I had to take them off because the only flavor was straight onion. For $20 this is not worth it. I did get the cucumber lime drink and that was delicious! Also, if this is Birria why should we have to pay for the dipping sauce. It wasn’t until I walked to my gate I realized I didn’t get any sauce, looked at the menu and it’s an addition cost. As much as this torta cost it should have been included. Waste of money.
Edit: I got really bad heartburn after eating this.

So much good but we cant stop thinking about the water problem. Got food for the whole family, cool. Water cup for both a 1 and 3 year old was mission impossible. The staff clearly does not have kids, or whomever writes the rules. There is no way they would treat their own family this way. They need to get back to thier drawing board on how to leave a good memory so customers talk about how good the steak was, not how much of an issue it was to get a cup of water

The chicken milanesa torta was a nice spin on the classic Mexican torta. The salsa was flavorful and not too spicy. The churros were great. Very crispy exterior and soft interior with the right amount of cinnamon sugar on the outside. I was apprehensive to try the eggplant milanesa torta as I’m not the biggest fan of vegetarian alternatives but it was bursting with flavor, and we ended up going a second time. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the drink, but my boyfriend enjoyed it. It may be more of an acquired taste. The service was quick and the staff very friendly. They have more of a modern vibe, and the atmosphere was okay considering it is a quick spot in Willis Tower.

Excellent taste but will have to drop this to 4 ⭐️s because the prices are pretty high given the small-ish portion sizes. $12 for 2 carnitas tacos, meaning $18 for 3 is egregious. If it’s $6 per taco, the 3rd should be at a discount and it should be $15 for 3. Also, you get the salsa by default but if you want another salsa, sour cream, or ketchup (not sure why you would get ketchup at a Mexican restaurant), there’s an extra 75 cent charge. Prices need to come down or the tortas, quesadillas, and tacos need to increase in size.
