Used to Love This Place, But It’s Not the Same Anymore
I remember coming here as a kid—good vibes, good food. Unfortunately, things have really changed. The atmosphere now feels stale, and the owner always seems upset and unapproachable. Don’t even think about asking for a remake if your food is messed up—they don’t take it well.
Also, the cook in the front made things super uncomfortable. If you’re bringing a date or a friend who’s a woman, just know he might not take his eyes off her. Not a good look.
And the salsa situation? Ridiculous. One tiny salsa per torta, no exceptions. Asking for a second one feels like you’re asking for gold. I dropped nearly $50 on two sandwiches and two drinks, and they couldn’t even give me one green and one red salsa? Makes no sense.

I love ❤️eating here. The place is super clean, the food is amazing. The tortas & tacos are delicious. The fresas con crema & the biónicos are the very best as well as the aguas frescas. This is a must try. If you haven’t already ate here… You are missing out ❣️

Sorry to say but by far this are the worst compared to other locations the liquado was super good but we ordered Sinaloa Special and it was soggy and lacked flavor the milanesa had a sweet taste salsa saved the torta a bit but the sogginess of the bread just killed the whole experience also if u must eat with a soda they don’t sell any but that’s just an fyi if they improved the bread it would be 100 times better

Delicious tortas, but the AGUA FRESCAS are the best you will taste.
The menu is just a little banner on the side of the cash register so if you ate not a regular you’ll have difficulty ordering.

⭐ 1 Star Review — Very Disappointing and Unsanitary Experience
We visited Torta Sinaloa recently, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. While we were eating, we noticed a roach crawling on the chair my son was sitting on. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable in any restaurant.
We immediately lost our appetite Cleanliness and hygiene are basic expectations for any dining establishment, and seeing a roach during our meal made us question the overall sanitation of the restaurant.
I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the issue promptly, as no family should have to go through that kind of experience while trying to enjoy a meal out.

Disappointed with the service I received yesterday from this place, I was rooting for them but I will never return here. I know I’m just one person from many customers so no big deal but to me it is and I’m taking my self elsewhere for tortas. Yesterday I ordered two tortas a taco and a side of guacamole through postmates. My ordered arrived incorrect and incomplete. I called the restaurant and the lady on the phone said she couldn’t find my order and was unable to help me so I told her I would drive down there so they could see my postmates receipt and correct my order. When I arrived I explained why I was there and showed my receipt ,which clearly shows the charge for the taco and guac that they didnt give me and somehow managed to come up with the conclusion that they hadn’t charged me for said missing items and that’s why I didnt get them and that I was welcome to pay for them and they would give them to me. I told her there was no way I was going to pay twice for something I had already paid for and I demanded my money back. I also complained about the breaded steak that was supposed to be included in both of my tortas seeing as the steaks looked like they were not breaded at all and if there was any breading it was ridiculously small almost non existent patches of “breading” . I have pictures to all of this by the way. Anyways all the two lady’s who were working there at the time could tell me was that my order was correct and one of them said that the reason it was breaded like that was because it would taste too much like breading if they did any more breading ,just look at the pictures guys, its ridiculous. Anyways the manager was called over the phone to approve the refund of my money and he refused to refund my money that he was simply not going to give me my money back. That all the could do for me was give me the taco and the guacamole that I freaking paid for at no charge. What kind of customer service is that. I pay the membership at postmates for free delivery and it wasnt free because they charge tax and I tip my driver and I drove all the way there and wasted all my time attempting to correct my order without being rude, without raising my voice or using profane language and I get treated like that. I waited for the rest of my order to be completed and drove home with my boyfriend with two soggy “ash” tortas and tell me who can eat like that or have a pleasant meal like that. My experience wasnt pleasant and I was looking forward to eat there for a long time and my hard earned money deserved a better experience. I just wonder what Tortas Sinaloa is going to do about that?

Food is really good, no need to add anything. This was the number 35 creamy beans, thick panela, juicy tomato, fresh lettuce & avocado. Always always get an agua fresca to complement the torta, this is pineapple. I am not a fan of pickled carrots etc however they make these here and are crisp and fantastic! Brush up on your Spanish though I forgot how to say 35

Walked in and did not get a welcome. Vibes in here are off right when you walk in. Took them 5 min for someone to take my order the workers just look at you and roll their eyes like as if you’re bothering them. I’m confused shouldn’t a business WANT customers ? Not roll their eyes when a customer walks in. Evelyn took our order and she was not nice at all not 1 smile not 1 thank you. she needs customer service training
