Every time I visit my friends and family in Fort Myers, I stop by Tortas Locas y Tacos food truck. The staff is always friendly, the tacos are super tasty with lots of variety, and they even have juices and fruits with chamoy so delicious!

The location is weird. When I went there they were working on the street so I had to drive down the turn around and that’s not the point. The tacos were okay. I had these a few months ago so the taste is not that fresh in my mind. It’s also not standing out either. I think I paid the most I ever paid for tacos from this spot. There was a language barrier so I’m not sure what happened.

I’m such A big fruit person. So this place is great. I was introduced to a different way of eating it. Its called Ensalada De Frutas con Chile. Oh my goodness it was so delicious. I don’t speak a lick of spanish other than Nada, Gracia, and No Hable espanol muy bein. Lol. But this really nice fellow asked me if I’d ever had it that way. And asked the guy to let me try a piece of fruit with the seasonings. Oh My it was so delicious. So now its my favorite fruit.

Don’t get me wrong. This is a food truck Taqueria. Very organized including passion fruit cups and juices. I got the asada tortas and tacos. Fed my employees with 10 tortas and 50 tacos.
They make great food here. I am from Central California where taquerias are prevalent. So I know a good one, and this place is top notch.
