Atmosphere I put 4 stars bc we need some Mexican Rancheras playing loud and strong bc when I tried those quesabirria tacos MY GOD they’re delicious! They taste like the ones in Jalisco! You can really taste the meat that has so much flavor and the cheese don’t even get me started.. definitely going back again rn for another round of tacos! 10/10 highly recommend

Best birria tacos hands down!!! Definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Pasadena!! The owners are so nice too! Love the fact that the recipe has been handed down by the owner’s grandmother that’s why you can’t find anything like it. You can truly taste the authenticity of ! God bless them ❤️

Stopped by for the first time after hearing so many good reviews about them. I heard the best way to experience them is to eat them right so I decided to eat mine in my car and YALL they BLEW my taste buds expectations by a million! Most quesabirria paces I go to barely sprinkle any cheese but not these! They are full of cheese and birria and the taste was phenomenal! They give it this crispy and perfect texture. Will definitely be a regular customer!

This place is so good. I go here once a week. Their spices in the birria is sooooo good but can sometimes be too much for my blood pressure. So I talked with the people and let me tell you , they made it right for me. They just asked me to tell them how I want it and made it perfect for me. They dilute the spices and it is perfect! The staff is amazing and made me feel comfortable and because of their love for food, it shows in the taste of every bite. Great prices and the best birria around Pasadena! A must try! I promise you will become a regular.

Oh man. Where to begin. After all of the positive reviews and being within spitting distance from my house, I had to give them a whirl. First of all, everyone there was so cool, friendly and helpful. The lady explained the menu to me, being relatively new to birria. Everything was made fresh, so a typical maybe 20 minute wait time, which was pretty reasonable. Everything was hot and fresh. Got home and unpacked the bag. Do not tilt the taco bags! I spilled taco juice all over my shorts because I tilted the bags the wrong way. Don’t be dumb like me. These are kind of messy so expect some spillage and drippage. I ordered the 5 taco combo, which came with a good sized cup of consume. I got a healthy helping of cilantro, onions and a lime wedge as well as some hot sauce (didn’t try yet) and an ice cold canned drink. The tacos were enjoyably crispy on the outside. They were fully stuffed with tender flavorful beef and gooey jack cheese. The consume was very good. Perfect for dipping but it didn’t overwhelm any of the other flavors and it is like a broth rather than a sauce, so it’s very light and not heavy like a gravy. I tried the tacos pure and had a couple left over to try with the onions and cilantro and other fixings later. A crisp cold Dr. Pepper went really well with everything too. All in all this was a 10/10 experience. I will be returning. Many many many times.

Best birria in the area, they don’t skimp with all the toppings like onions cilantro and limes. The employees are always nice, Spanish and English speaking which is easy for the gringos like me. They also take cash & card which is convenient.

This place has by far the best birria in town and I’ve had plenty from many places. The tacos have enough meat on them and their consume is always on point every time I go. The staff is friendly and it gets busy quite often. If you’re in town please stop by you will not be disappointed!

I found this gem in Pasadena as I was driving on Spencer Hwy I saw a lot of people getting in line so I decided to see what the hype was all about. I got in line and decided to order the toro bravo which is the order of the 3 quesobirria with the consne, let me tell you they were the best I have tasted. The taco is filled with so much tender and juicy meat ! Kind of remind me of the ones in Tijuana. The best in town will go every week to get these delicious quesobirria tacos
