Toronto PHO is a family-owned Vietnamese eatery with 4 locations across Ontario that offers many classic Vietnamese dishes as well as plant-based alternatives for our vegan/vegetarian friends. Come try one of our delectable Vietnamese dishes, complemented by such refreshing beverages as bubble teas, smoothies, juices, and specialty coffees. We are your one-stop shop for tasty, quick, and fresh late-night eats at our Hamilton & Dufferin location, which is open until 12 pm, and our Jane Street restaurant in North York that is open until 2 am. We are proud to be an environmentally friendly Toronto brand that uses biodegradable packaging for all of our takeout items, down to our utensils. For us, reducing our carbon impact is critical.

We first discovered this spot on Uber Eats and ordered the wonton soup, spring rolls, and vermicelli. The portions were generous and everything was well-packaged—much better than the typical takeout experience from pho restaurants, where the servings are often smaller than dine-in bowls.
Impressed by the flavor and quality, we decided to visit the restaurant in person for dinner today—so glad we did!
The space is clean, service is attentive, and the food is just as delicious as the takeout. The wonton soup was consistent in taste and quality.
The chef’s special marinated fish with rice was a standout. It took a bit longer to prepare (which our waitress warned us about). I didn’t mind because I expected it, as this dish is not commonly found at most pho spots, which was the reason I wanted to try it. It was well worth the wait—flavorful, comforting, with tender pork belly, perfectly cooked fish, and a rich, unforgettable sauce. Like a warm hug in a bowl.
The pork chop and chicken rice plate came with a fried egg cooked just right, and a side of pickled cabbage and carrots that added the perfect tangy crunch.
We also tried the mango shake (they were out of avocado), and it tasted like real mango—not the artificial kind. The Thai tea had just the right level of sweetness.
Wish we’d found this place sooner—it’s officially our go-to pho spot in the area. Can’t wait to come back and try the bún bò huế, bánh xèo, and their dessert bowls.

I ordered chicken and shrimp Pad Thai take out. I wasn’t too happy when I was about to pay and saw that the actually price is more than what’s shown on the menu, which is already not cheap. The staff said that they just increased the price. I was like ok. When I got back home and opened the contained, so disappointed at what I just paid $20+ for! The container is less than half full, only three pieces of shrimp, more tofu than chicken and shrimp, the chicken is dry and noodle is a bit stiff! Don’t even have the peanuts. I understand the food price in Ontario is up, but $20 dollar for this?? Ridiculous!!

I recently came for dinner and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their cuisine. The bun bo hue was an absolute standout dish, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the plating. While the pho was also quite enjoyable, I did notice that it was slightly sweeter than what I am accustomed to. Nevertheless, I would be more than happy to return to Toronto Pho RUTHERFORD for another meal in the future.

This time I also got a vava viet and it’s so good! Nice and sweet, with a smooth coffee flavour.
I got the house special and as always it didn’t disappoint. The rare beef had a nice chewiness amd there was so much tripe in the bowl! That was a really nice addition!
The other thing I like to admire about toronto pho is the decor. Their wall art has become signature and the black and white murals are different in every location and love admiring the different ones in each location.
Service is quick like any other viet pho place and they do what they do so well!
