The Ramen is absolutely delicious. As someone who is used to a pork broth, this chicken broth ramen is now my fave!!!
I ordered the lemon flavor. I also asked for some chili oil on the side. Make sure to drizzle some truffle oil on your ramen.
The light broth is well seasoned, slightly zesty and tasteful.
I’m so happy I stumbled upon this place. Will definitely be making the drive to come here.

They have chicken ramen and it’s very good, as well their gyozas and chicken. Their ice cream for dessert are good as well. You might need wait for a while to get a table, so be ready!
The guy seating next to me had a cat eating and drinking water on the table, I love animals but I just think it not appropriate for the animals or the costumers to have a cat on the tables of a small restaurant…

I don’t really know what I was expecting, but I was just expecting something unique because of the phone, but the phone was really just foam and I didn’t really add much but the Raman refills came with a pesto sauce and there was a garlic miso sauce which was also good, but yeah thank you

Was shopping at the mall close by and was craving some ramen for the cold rainy day and I stumbled upon this place!

What an absolutely wonderful find!!! They have the forthy ramen which I didn’t even know was a thing. The broth was delicious! I did the original lunch meal and the portion size great!

Service was friendly and prompt!

Would definitely go again and recommend anyone to try!

Don’t sleep on the lemon butter ramen I look forward to the next day I’m in the city and get to drink this broth again! It was so flavorful and rich but delicate… the poached chicken and spring onion were perfect in contrast with the butter and truffle oil. It was a very memorable meal! The noodles were perfect too. I did get the kombu egg and it was excellent. Will definitely be back.

The tori paitan broth is probably one of the best in LA.

Get the lemon, butter one. Along with a hint of truffles.. the ramen really came together so well.
The chunks of chicken in the ramen were white meat. As an Asian, I would have preferred dark meat.

The tan tan men was decent, but I still prefer the lemon butter.

The chicken rice was average. I’ll skip it.
The gyoza is decent. A crispier bottom will help. I’ll order it again next time.

The other great thing is there is ‘free’ 1 hour parking at the back. You’ll have to scan the barcode in the restaurant to avail of it.

Overall, I’ll say it is top notch ramen.

Daisuke is always there to share a smile to welcome you.
Etsoshi is there some other days.

There is a combo offering now.

There is a new special item. It is a kaedama (extra noodles) seasoned with basil oil and has green onion and chicken bits for $4.75. It is quite good.

The spicy miso kaedama is now available too.

Lovely spot for paitan ramen, with frothy white broth made from chicken that’s simultaneously rich yet light and refreshing!

ARRIVING / PARKING:
Small parking lot behind the restaurant, one way so be careful entering. Pay by QR code and there’s parking QR code at the front after you walk in.

VIBE:
Counter seating and smaller tables best for up to 4 people inside, bright and easy to chat. There may be a line for dinner but they seem to move fairly quickly and stay about 2-3 parties deep.

FOOD/BEV:
No alcohol license yet but theres non-alcoholic beer and yuzu juice etc. There’s gyoza, fried rice, karaage and more but they’re famous for their chicken paitan ramen! Our favorites are the ORIGINAL and LEMON BUTTER (can add egg as supplement). Their fried rice is excellent to whet the appetite too.

Lovely light broth, a pile of green onions, semi firm thin noodles, white chicken meat. If you’d like to change up the flavors there is truffle oil on the table; couple drops go a long way, and there’s also a black pepper grinder for fresh pepper flavor.

Excellent, have been here a couple times already and look forward every time. There’s a rewards program which is handy for discounts of promos too.

Got The Original, The Dan Dan, and curry rice. Since I personally like spicy food, The Dan Dan was my most favorite. Menu is simple and limited. Street Parking was not easy on Wednesday night. Good vibes and decent service.

I had ramen that looked unusual but tasted very unique. The place was calm and cozy to sit in, and I really liked it.

Torisoba tonsho has some of the best chicken broth ramen I’ve tasted in LA. The broth was light and flavorful. It’s a great way to have a light ramen meal without the food coma that comes with typical heavy tonkatsu broths. Their chicken was also juicy too! Both the Karaage and the chicken in the ramen was melt in your mouth. Highly recommended’
