Make sure your food isn’t overcooked. All our stuff was super hard, dry, or overcooked. I have never been to a Torchys before. When I asked the person closest to the counter where to find the drinks on the menu she was super snotty, grabbed 3 cups and said, “here you go”. Didn’t show me where it was on the menu. When we got our food 3 of the 4 meals had over cooked protein. If this is how their food is regularly cooked I won’t be back. I have included a video of a piece of chicken that was so dry and overcooked it sounds like I am dropping a rock on the metal tray. I added a picture of the lady that snooty with me when I asked about the drinks.

Great vibe and atmosphere. This restaurant does get loud when it is full. When we walked in there was no line but we did wait quite awhile for our food. It was graduation weekend so it was very busy everywhere. The food was great! Everyone in our party loved their food. The tortillas were so soft and fluffy. Highly recommend!

Torchys is a regular for us for quick eats and a drink. Chips and queso are amazing as are their tacos.
We specifically went in for a Valentine’s Day date for their “Double Feature” deal, only to learn that they don’t include vegetarian options with that deal. Hence the 4/5 stars for this trip. For a restaurant in Boulder, that’s not acceptable.

Best Torchy’s location ever! They perfectly portioned all of my tacos to make a long distance trek to Utah and everything arrived perfectly and I was able to have my first Torchy’s taco in over a year!

My bar tender, Lilliana, was great. She was kind, hospitable, funny, personable and overall amazing. The manager was out checking on guests and I even got a chance to talk to her as well! ( I sadly didn’t get her name, although i’m sure she told me) She was just as pleasant. The only other Torchy’s I’ve been to was in Houston, Boulder for the win! I came 2/16/26 around 7:00.

Edit: I have to say this is officially my favorite taco spot in Boulder!! I came back because of my perfect visit last time and they did not disappoint. Daniel and Isabella, in particular, were both absolutely amazing and so helpful in making sure my food was perfect. 10/10!!

Torchy’s always delivers. Great tacos at a reasonable price. Epic happy hour where everything (drinks wise) is half off. Really can’t beat that!
Definitely a good vibe and Emily is a fantastic bartender. Great to chat with and seems to know everyone that comes through. Always a good sign!
