The menu is full of inventive twists, but one item is an absolute must: Baja Shrimp This dish is a revelation. We ordered a second round!
The servers timing was impeccable, her recommendations were spot-on, and her warm, engaging presence made us feel like valued guests. It’s this level of personalized, passionate service that turns a great meal into a memorable one.
Highly, highly recommend!
The prices were very reasonable.
The lime Liquid Death went perfectly with it.
The service and atmosphere were fine.
I would definitely go back.
I went in hungry and mildly unhinged. The salad with chicken arrived first—an architectural wonder of greens, charred meat, and whatever secret dressing they’re brewing in the back with lightning and good intentions. The chicken was tender, seared just enough to keep you honest. Each bite whispered, “Slow down, you animal. This is the good stuff.”
Then came the beans and rice—nothing fancy, but holy hell, they had gravity. Earthy, warm, humming with spice. You don’t just eat Torchy’s beans and rice. You feel them. Like a low drumbeat in your chest. Like a food truck rolling through your subconscious.
And the mango juice? Liquid gold. Bright as a flare gun, sweet as a bribe, and thicker than most politicians’ promises. It clung to the sides of the glass like it knew it was too good to last. Every sip was a tropical gut-punch in the best possible way.
Service? Sharp and fast—like they knew you might unravel if left too long with your own thoughts. No fluff. No forced cheer. Just tacos, juice, and the quiet understanding that life out there is insane, but in here, the food makes sense.
Torchy’s isn’t a restaurant. It’s a controlled detonation of flavor and form, served with a wink and a wedge of lime. Don’t ask questions. Just go. Eat. Repeat.
i ordered four tacos through a kiosk
and tipped with zero human interaction and received my first delivery of tacos with one taco not being as i requested. i told the female representative that, and she said she would be back with a new one but she ended up forgetting so i had to flag someone else down to check in on the matter.
i received a taco after, but it was still not the correct one and was just served with meat and an avocado wedge. ☠️ for spending almost 30 dollars and tipping for service that didn’t even warrant doing so beforehand, i will keep myself from coming back here for another couple of years.
Nahh, I’ll spend my money elsewhere this Torchys feels like a joke to me, I recommend training and task management, prioritizing customers vs regulars. Just basics, The bartender seemed confused and just not there, the service staff didnt really attend to us in even saying hello or anything, just like I said ignored us until we started asking them where’s our food.
I won’t be back, I do not recommend it, the tacos were okay, doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or dinner or late night, I just won’t waste my money on very mids service. I’m sure the tacos were better but having people leave a negative impression I’ve got 1000 options in Denver downtown.
