First time at Torchy’s to meet a friend for dinner. I ordered the two tacos and we shared chips a guacamole- it was enough food. Taco 1- the democrat and I felt the barbaco was too salty, it also was mostly the meat with little to no toppings, a bit dry. Taco 2- trailer park and the fried chicken piece (only 1) tasted good, this one seemed like it was mostly topping, but still dry without enough sauce or anything to make it come together. The guacamole was fresh but nothing special. I don’t think I will come here often, unless I try something else and find better taco choices.

Okay wow. There were 4 of us and we probably tried almost every taco. Every single taco we ate was delicious. The flavors were so deep on each one. I’d go back and get any of the tacos again in an heartbeat. The queso is phenomenal. The green chile add in was PERFECT. I got it all over my tots as well, genius. Oh and you can’t forget about the drinks. They were potent but worth every penny. Highly recommend popping in if you want eat well and get a little buzz.

I do enjoy Torchy’s. This location is very automated and more sterile than others. It is great for large groups as there is ample seating. Service staff are friendly when approached, but spread too thin for this venue in my opinion. I think there ought to be a host to direct customers during dinner hour. The bar is very spacious and clean if that’s your sort of thing. The bar tender seemed friendly. Food quality is good, but prices are getting too high for what you get. They would benefit from adopting a combo model I think so hungry customers get more complete meals when hungry for a bargain. The signature queso dip keeps people like me coming back, as do the vegetarian and fish options. Rewards system could be more generous and robust.

This is our first visit to this self service taco place. The ingredients were decent and flavors were plentiful. That salsa was a good start to wet the appetite. Everything arrived in good order but as far as tacos go, I still prefer Venalonzo down the road.

Didn’t get the Damn Good Tacos that Torchy’s is supposed to be known for. The food at this location is not as good as it used to be. Staff aren’t friendly at all and that’s if you even see them. No staff to help you order so we have to use the kiosk and they still want a tip!
Never even spoke to a person until they brought us the wrong dips. Bathrooms were gross and trash filled up, the tables and booths weren’t clean with chips and trash under tables. Food was not what we have experienced in the past. Won’t be back here for a long time. Other locations are much better and have managers that go around asking people how the food is!

I had a short stay in Denver on a business trip and several people recommended I try Torchy’s. I am so glad I did. In the 2 days I stayed there I visited 4 times.
They have a big variety of unique taco options, some good queso dips to enjoy, and really yummy deserts. It’s nice they also have a bar to grab some drinks at. All of the times that I had went, the service was super quick. I cannot wait to go back and try more of their tacos and try every single one on the menu!
I believe the dessert I got was deep Fried chocolate chip cookies and they were amazing! Highly recommend any and all of they queso dips and honestly, any of their tacos are great but will depend on your preference.

The food is pretty good due to the flavor but I waited a half hour at 11am on a weekday for 2 tacos. It’s not worth that kind of wait. The employees seem apathetic. I placed my order and said can I have flour tortillas instead and she looked at me and said oh the order is already in. I could’ve walked back to the kitchen and told them myself. Come on…step

No one was at the front desk. After a couple minutes I see the employee sitting in the booth with his friends… body language “UGH, I HAVE TO GET UP.” Him anf his friends laugh. He walks over and I told him that I had a to go order… he looks quite annoyed and says “next time, there over there..” pointing to the EMPTY shelves with no orders. He walks to the back, to get the order. If you don’t want to do your job with a good attitude, then quit… you don’t have to work here.. just quit and give someone more willing the job. Young kid with a bad attitude is gonna have some fun life lessons ahead of him. Not a good experience picking up food, which means ill never dine here myself.

Order was wrong and plated in a sloppy way. Service is slow, tables are dirty. Fourth time I’ve had exact same experience at this location.
