Her attention to detail is impressive — every drink was crafted perfectly, and she remembered the little preferences we mentioned without missing a beat. She’s sweet, kind-hearted, and has such a calm, positive energy that makes the whole atmosphere better.
You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. Total Virgo energy — organized, caaring, precise, and effortlessly on top of everything.
If you’re lucky enough to have her behind the bar, you’re in great hands. We’ll definitely be back!
Awesome tacos,as always. Excellent service.
The older woman working in the dining room was incredibly rude from the start. We were looking for coffee creamer and couldn’t find any, so I politely asked her if she knew where it was. She seemed visibly irritated that I even asked. She walked over to the beverage station and abruptly put down what she was holding, which ended up falling to the ground. Hot sauce and queso splashed onto my shirt. She did not apologize or acknowledge it at all.
While she was still looking for the creamer, my mom opened a drawer at the beverage station to check if it was there. The employee then yelled at my mom to close the drawer and spoke to her in a condescending, scolding tone—as if she were a child. I asked the employee if there was a problem, and she continued to be extremely rude.
A manager eventually came out and asked what happened, and I explained the situation. While this was happening, the employee went to the bartender and began telling her version of the story, and the bartender started giving me unpleasant looks. At that point, I gathered my party of six and we left.
I did speak with the manager again and told her that the situation did not sit well with me. She did issue a refund, which I appreciate, but I will likely never return to this location.
For comparison, we went to the Torchy’s off 281 and 1604 afterward, and the experience was completely different—everyone there was friendly, respectful, and welcoming.
