I’ve been to this location many times and have always been pleased with the food and service. I also like that they have a dog friendly patio. I’ve brought my dog sometimes as well when the weather is nice.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. The tacos were perfectly loaded with ingredients and had that perfect balance of spice and crunch. The queso is a must-get — seriously some of the best around.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had a fun, laid-back vibe that makes you want to hang out and enjoy your meal. Everything was clean and well organized too.

Definitely one of my favorite taco spots — I’ll 100% be coming back!

I ordered two grande burritos. I’m pretty picky when it comes to food like this because I’m used to how it’s cooked back in my hometown. The pork could have been more seasoned, and the rice especially could have used a bit more flavor.

For the price, the burrito size wasn’t bad, but I felt like there wasn’t quite enough meat in it. Overall, the food was good, and you can tell they focus more on quality than quantity, which I understand. I just feel like the price could be a little lower considering the amount you get.

Overall good job.

I visited the New Braunfels Torchy’s for the first time and I was very impressed. We sat at the bar and were greeted immediately by bartender Korynn. She has such a positive attitude and truly seems to love her job. From smiling and having conversations with guests to helping run food for tables in the lobby, we felt completely taken care of and enjoyed our visit very much.

The food was fantastic and came out very quickly given the full lobby. I recommend the Trailer Park trashy style and the Chicken and Steak Fajita tacos! The queso was to die for and reheated very well at home. Overall, we had a great first impression of this restaurant and we can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I have frequented this location since their opening. We have always had amazing food and amazing service. Today was SO FAR from that. We used the new touch screen system. It was so frustrating to use. The staff that we asked questions to regarding our order was also very annoyed by the screens and not helpful at all. It’s so off putting to use a screen and then automatically be asked to tip 20%, like why? I am having to use a screen to figure it out for myself with staff making me feel like a loser. My husband tried something new. It was a joke. The advertised picture of the 3 street tacos looks so appealing. He got 3 toddler sized tacos. Rethinking our happy hour weekly date night after this awful experience. The world is too expensive, would rather just go across the street to Chuys at these price points.

I’ve been to the New Braunfels location a few times and it never disappoints! The staff are always super nice, it’s got good vibes without being insanely busy and the manager has taken the time to stop and check in every single time I have been here. I can’t remember another restaurant that I have even seen a manager out on the floor, let alone chatting with guests, bringing extra items, or just ensuring that the food really is DAMN GOOD. Top notch, Matt K.

I know that there are quite a few of these out west as they are a chain restaurant and you definitely get that feel when you walk in. It was during lunch and they were not busy at all. The gentleman who took our order was very nice and respectful. We ordered a trailer trash taco I believe. It is basically a chicken breast with some type of sauce. It was different but tasty. If these were local around me idk if I would go very often, but over all if you’ve never been give them a try.

We thought the food was very good. The atmosphere was very different. Wasn’t sure if we were supposed to be in hell or the devil’s friend or whatever but not sure. Reminds me of different types of food truck tacos which I like. I just probably won’t dine in.
