Self service and unresponsive glitchy terminals. Understaffed! Even the terminals ask for a tip! They definitely prioritize online ordering. Two taco order took over 25 minutes. Great for chatting and sitting around. Not so if in a rush! Last time I visit this location!

The BEST DAMN TACO’S in Richmond, TX! We just started coming to this location. My kids love the Baja Shrimp Taco’s, but not all the toppings. The staff is kind enough to customize the shrimp tacos for kids. We have a big crowd. I love how patient they are with us while ordering. THIS location is always CLEAN & the staff is eager to assist. ASHLEE is an amazing host! She did an excellent job going over the menu with us and specifying which items were vegetarian and which items had meat. Thank you for offering a space and clean environment for our family to dine!

Stopped by on Friday for a beer and a few bites, sat at the bar and was waited on by Raquel. Great service, very personable, glad she was taking care of us. Had the green chili queso, always a winner, with some brisket and chicken tacos that were great as usual. Picked up a couple of brisket, egg and cheese breakfast tacos to go for an easy start to a lazy Saturday. Moderate crowd, a little noisy but manageable and died down as people left after an early dinner. We’ll be back to see Raquel again soon.

Torchy’s is always off the chain!! The food is made fresh and you can taste it! The staff is always kind and helpful! You can’t beat all their sauces and the seasonings they use!! All in all this is a definite GO TO place when you’re in the mood for Tacos! Their breakfast is amazing too!! Stop in and give them a try!!

The worst service, waited 1 hr for 4 tacos, and it was cold, they need to get rid of the manager, she doesn’t know what she is doing. We probably got put to the back of the line because I didn’t tip, since I had to place my order, but when you always get bad service at this location why should I tip and this last visit proves my point, and when I do tip I tip 30% when you have people serving you, I’m still shocked on how bad this was, You get better service at Taco Bell

We enjoyed a Tex-Mex dining experience with a large variety of tacos–but I was pleasantly surprised with one: the brisket taco. My dish consisted of two generous mouth-watering chunks of slow-cooked brisket on a flour tortilla, with a side of fluffy Mexican rice and a Jarritos mandarin-flavored soda.
In relation to the service, it was on point with the young lady at the front going over their menu with finesse, and the runner who brought all of our meals was caring and served us well. Too bad it’s fast food and they don’t take tips!
This Torchy’s stands in a small but new shopping strip mall. The decor is casual and colorful, and the Thursday night we went it was full to the rim with happy people but they weren’t loud!
I look forward to returning during my next trip to Richmond and trying some other items from their menu.

Great baja shrimp tacos, bomb queso, and yummy frozen strawberry margaritas! Vicinte gave us great service and great drinks. My friend had steak fajitas and was delicious.

Unfortunately I have been a patron here for years with moderate service, and that’s the only reason Im giving 2 stars. Tonight I went to eat with a group of my friends and they ID’d one of us, and they didn’t have their ID for a drink. Whatever, but then they served another in our group without having an ID. So when I approached the manager named Joseph about the ID’ing issue, that if they want to instill a strict ID policy it needs to be consistent at least. They then allowed another random patron to scream and harass my group, and tell me to call my mommy. The manager didn’t do anything about this interaction. The other people I was with did not take kindly to this and we were kicked out. These issues should not happen especially when a manager is present, and if a business wants to follow strict policy they need to for every patron. When I asked the manager why he didn’t ID my other friend, he claimed he knew him; yet right before that my friend said he had no idea who he was and that he must be new. Terrible customer service and problem resolution. I literally work in the same town center and go there frequently for my work lunch but don’t think I will be moving forward.

The food is top notch, served hot and tasty. The queso is amazing as always. The manager Mark was friendly and his staff were all kind and courteous. This is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood and a great place to bring your family and friends!
