I love Torchy’s and never have any problems with my order. Last night I was highly disappointed and disgusted. I had a sticker on my taco! So unsanitary and couldn’t enjoy it! So glad I didn’t bite into the taco as I probably would have choked. Please make sure your employees are properly handling customers food that we have to eat.

This place is incredible. 1st time ever at a Torchys. The Beef Fajitas taco and the Beef Brisket taco was incredible!!!!!! The Hillbilly Queso is worth starting a fist fight over. A girl named Madysen took our order, was super friendly while we took forever to order. She also gave us a peek at the “secret menu” So thats where the good food is. This place won’t disappoint

I was waiting for five tacos and my order was placed at 12:22 pm and at 12:43 pm I asked the staff if they could check on my order as I am on my lunch break like many people. And she went back there to ask and it wasn’t prepared. Meanwhile so many peoples orders were coming out. So I told her it was fine if I could just get a refund because I need to be on my way. And she couldn’t find I’m guessing what is a manager to approve the refund so o told her it was fine to not worry about it because I really needed to head out. And she said she would refund it using the card information on the receipt. I understand it’s busy during lunch time and what not but to let people’s orders slip is not right. I had to go up there to ask, imagine if I hadn’t. I don’t know what kind of system they use to translate this info to the kitchen but doesn’t seem to be working. I love their tacos though.

Seriously? if you’re reading this you must not get around often. If it’s your first time don’t overthink the menu. There’s not a single menu item you can order that is going to disappoint. Everything is good here. Torchy’s has an incredible vibe and some of the best tacos I’ve had (the queso ).

This place was great. Great vegetarian options. Don’t sleep on the breakfast items!! Very reminiscent of some chains down in Florida, in the best way and of course the Texas twist. Get the queso!!

Amazing tacos! My favorites are Baja Shrimp, Fried Avacado, and the Democrat. Don’t forget the green chile queso. This stuff is like crack. I just wish they’d bring back the fried portobello mushrooms taco.

I love me some Torchy’s in general, this location was great! Everyone is great and was nice. I went for breakfast around 9a on a Saturday. Not busy, but the line started to form afterwards.
