We had a great time here! The Trailer Park and Mr. Orange tortillas were delicious, and the Baja Shrimp on corn tortilla was amazing. The place is clean, calm, and really welcoming. The staff are super friendly and clearly work hard. Definitely a spot we’d recommend❤️

4.4 / 5 is a fair score. Service and people were amazing. Tacos were really good, and I could see this being a 4.5 star. We had the 4 different tacos and tea. I would go back for sure.
Two things would make it a higher score:
1) menu ordering is done by self service kiosk. The user interface was not easy to understand and slowed us down.
2) there are so many options and add on’s I was sure if I need to add more or not to each taco. They were tasty. Staff and management were very professional and polite.

This place is awesome. The food was great! Reasonably priced and good portions. The girl taking our order was so helpful, being our first time there. They had a wide selection and the food came out quick; it was also a nice atmosphere. I was glad that they weren’t off the beaten path as well; at the northeast corner of University and Bonnie Brae in Denton. We don’t drink but the had a bar too, with a “happy hour”. My wife and I will definitely be going back.

Great Torchy’s experience. Karson took our order and took great care of us. The food came out promptly and was fresh and delicious. I do wish that the kiosks could be removed. Atmosphere was lively and comfortable. My favorite taco is Mr. Orange, and the fried chicken strips such as in the trailer park or the little wrecker are the best around. And of course the queso!!

First time here. Stopped by as we were driving through town. The service was amazing. The girl at the front counter was very patient and very informative. The selection was nice and the portion sizes were good. Price was reasonable. The atmosphere seemed fun and casual. All in all I would say this was an A+ plus experience. I will be back.

Ask for the secret menu to unlock magical top secret classified taco information. They only hire wizards here. Taco wizard, margarita wizard, you name it… they got it. William will make a potion behind the bar. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Karson is THE COOLEST and such a phenomenal employee. She saw my spouse and I two times within 48 hours and didn’t question us at all for being so obsessed with the queso that we came back less than 24 hours apart from each other. She was quick and efficient and made sure to take care of my spouse’s dietary restrictions/requests!!! Love this location very much 🙂

The absolute worst service. Sat at the bar and I knew upon sitting that it was a mistake. It might have been shift change, but I was never asked if I wanted anything else, another drink, or even how the food was. Bartenders were more attentive to “regulars” and even people who walked in after. Definitely not a place to enjoy Happy Hour.

Megan at Torchy’s is AWESOME! Her customer service was top-tier and she definitely knows her stuff. I went with her recommendation, and it was absolutely delicious. You can tell she really cares about making sure customers have a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!
