Cool place if you like salty food. . Sweet young lady in the front very helpful . Nice people but they definitely do not know how to cook at this location. My food and chips were so salty I couldn’t even finish them. Do not spend you’re money here. Go to chuys like I should have done.

I love Torchy’s. Always have. But they are trying to do away with service. They have two ordering units and one is out of order. No one at the counter. And they have bored employees wandering around who couldn’t care less. The lady in front of us was obviously having issues and it took her 15 min to order. I won’t come back again if this isn’t remedied. No one wants this. Stupid idea Torchy’s. Stupid.

Complete Rip Off!! Ordered a Chicken burrito. I’m talking and eating deep in conversation and i notice why im getting all sides and no meat so i open it and there is no meat i ate the only piece of meat on my first bite, it was all rice beans sour cream just sides, I was soo pissed. Check your burritos people there is literally no meat!!! Will never come back, what a joke!

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and it made the whole meal so much more enjoyable. Michelle checked in just the right amount, offered great recommendations, and made us feel totally welcome.

To be honest, I don’t usually like to give my opinion, but I think it’s important for customers to speak up and report poor service. I like this place, but this time I received the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The bartender had no idea what she was doing; it took her a frustrating 15 minutes to even ask if I wanted to order a drink, and another 10 minutes to actually bring it to me. People like her shouldn’t work in a place where quick service is expected. I love this place, but if I come back and this girl is working again, I’ll go somewhere else.

In order the Baja shrimp tacos and guacamole and chips. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. It’s always clean nice and the service is friendly. They have outdoor and indoor seating on a nice day you can sit outside. They have outdoor covering and outdoor lounging.
