I was immediately greeted and seated. I was surprised to actually see 8 other people already here!
I ordered the Tonkatsu Black Garlic Ramen. I eat at a ton of Ramen places, wow, I was pleasantly surprised with all sorts of flavor! I also wanted it spicy. The pork was fantastic!
The server was attentive and helpful.
I’ll definitely be back.
I ordered the pork tonkotsu and it was honestly terrible. The broth was bland with almost no flavor, and the pork was mostly fat and chewy. For what I got — a bowl of noodles with a couple eggs, green onions, and low-quality pork — it felt like a complete rip-off.
What made it worse is that we came as a group of six on our lunch break, all paid separately, and they still added a 20% automatic gratuity. My total came out to over $30 for what tasted like a fancy cup of instant noodles. Absolute nonsense.
I only went because friends said this place was amazing, but I’ll definitely never be coming back. Extremely disappointing and not worth the money.
We are new in the area so we really wanted to find a good ramen place to go on dates.
Not only is the food amazing, the service is fantastic.
Highly recommend
I went in to pick up an order, I gave them my name and I waited 15 min before I got up and asked about the order again. ( on the phone they said it would be done in 10 min and I got there 15 after)
I stood there by the first table near the register and watched the server with black hair and glasses go look for the order. I can see her through the open window. It ended up being packed with another order. No big deal. She repacked my order cause I can hear her tell the cook it was packed with the another order, then I watched her pack it up. It was a single box of spring rolls. Then she started to pack other orders and talking, again no big deal at first, cause that’s her job, but I stood there and waited for 10 min watching her and hearing her talk.
She finally came out and gave me my order. Then I asked her for a sauce and she took another 5 min, as I watched her packing other orders again. Then came out and finally gave me the sauce. The total time I waited in the restaurant for 4 spring rolls was 30 min. Never had a bad experience there before till this specific server. Gave off mean girl vibes, bad attitude etc.
