our wonderful waiter recommended the crunchy tiger and OMG Delicioso! We also ordered the monkey ball app Which could be a meal in itself also superb. The udon noodles chicken and Vegetable – The broth is very good, plenty of Veggies and chicken and the noodles were done just right. To top it off, their green tea is full body, tasting roasted and is excellent.

YES. PLEASE. Keep on! This is a fantastic sushi restaurant, what a treat! Without a doubt, one of the top 3 sushi meals I’ve had: the other being in San Fran, and NYC, master culinary level competitors. This place is on that level, clean, friendly, inviting and the menu easy to work through. It has an extensive list of saki too. We had 2 rolls, spicy Udon noodle soup, 2 orders of tuna and albacore sushi pieces, 1 big bottle Sapporo and 1 bottle saki. The food is fresh, delicate and melts in the mouth. Service is top notch attentive and subtle at the same time. The sushi Chefs are dialed in, quick yet deliver quality and beautiful rolls. I can’t wait to go back, thank you Tora for the amazing dinner!!!

Tomo Sushi in Tillamook is a surprise in the best way. From the outside, you wouldn’t expect to find sushi this fresh and refined tucked away in a coastal Oregon town. But the moment the first plate hit the table, it was clear this place takes its craft seriously. This isn’t just good for a small town. It’s good, period.

The white albacore sashimi was a standout. Silky, clean, and cut with precision. It wouldn’t be out of place in Shinjuku or at Tsukiji, which says a lot. Each slice melted in the mouth, with none of the grain or chew that sometimes sneaks into even higher-end spots. It was plated beautifully and treated with respect, both in the kitchen and at the table.

We also had the spicy tuna roll, which was generous and balanced. It hit that perfect mix of creamy and heat, without overdoing it. The Tillamook kasuge roll was fun and playful, clearly a local favorite and unique to the area. It’s always refreshing to see a place embrace its town with something a little offbeat.

The drinks were a whole experience of their own. I had a Chi Chi that was smooth and tropical without tasting like candy. My partner went for the Tokyo Ice Tea, which walked the line between sweet and strong with surprising grace. Both were creative and well made, far above what I expected from a sushi place drink menu.

If you’re anywhere near Tillamook and remotely into sushi, this is a place to sit down and stay awhile. It’s rare to find a spot where the ingredients, technique, and atmosphere line up this well. I’d come back for the sashimi alone.

We stopped by for lunch and ordered red dragon roll and salmon bowl – the food was good, just expected. Salmon was a little bit dry otherwise I will rate the food as 5. We like the convenient location at the town center, close to anywhere. Parking is by other side of Main Street entrance which we missed it and parked a block away. Inside was nice and well decorated.

We have ate here a handful of times and have had great experiences each time! The service is kind, drinks are good, and the food is great! We have enjoyed a variety of their sushi rolls! We like their Philly Roll, the Crunchy Philly Roll, the Joe and Nikki, the Pizza roll and a few of their specials.

There is a variety of seating options, booths, tables, at the sushi counter, at the bar in the lounge, etc. Family friendly dining. There is a lounge that has a few TVs with sports on them typically.

Parking is limited to on the street near the restaurant, but we’ve never had a problem finding close parking.

Apparently we were hungry, because I have failed to get pics of the sushi.

Nice to have variety at the promenade. I like the atmosphere, view of the sushi bar and friendly staff. The menu has just enough variety, gluten free, happy hour and children options and helpful pictures, if you eat with your eyes. The Nigori sake is one of the best, milky and smooth. If your tall the booth seats might be uncomfortable for a long period of time and I could have lived without the appetizers, just a bore.
