Was super disappointed by tonight’s order- I ordered a small cheese pizza, with alfredo & mozzarella sticks on top. What I received was a chicken broccoli alfredo pizza. Incredibly disappointed, I can’t stand chicken broccoli alfredo. They literally gave me extra food just to get the order wrong anyway so I don’t understand how it makes sense on their part, still three stars because the food is five star when ordered correctly, but this was an upsetting incident.

We had a great slice of pepperoni pizza, pepperoni & bacon pizza slice. An awesome piece of baklava. The baklava was so good we had to purchase one each of us. The service at Topsfield is great and they are great with the customers.
Update: Went back to my neighborhood pizzeria and out of town family. They loved it too. This added more baklava and tried their jalapeno poppers. Very good poppers. Enjoy the service and their kindness. They are great with the kids.

Topsfield house of pizza has always been a super friendly establishment with decent food. A couple years ago I came here with my class as the Essex tech was doing work for the town of topsfield. When we came in and sat down we were gifted a free pizza from the staff. Now years later I return by myself and still get the same phenomenal hospitality I did years ago. Ordered two slices, received three. Wanted to leave a review so you guys know it’s appreciated. Thanks for going the extra step that so many other businesses fail to do! Will absolutely be returning in the future!

First time ordering a roast beef and chicken Cesar wrap from here and the beef was so raw it was practically bleeding just a messy wet baby’s diaper , and the wrap was another wet soggy diaper gross never again tasteless and bland , and the man behind the counter cooking looked so miserable bad vibes.

Topsfield House of Pizza has really come far in the department of turning itself around. The food is spectacular, the service is on point, and the atmosphere has improved significantly. I’m very impressed with how things have come along and I’m even more impressed with the owner. If you see this, I’m sorry about my old review, you’ve really turned this place around to the point where I feel bad for ever doubting you. Thank you for the great service and all that you do to keep things running smooth over there.

My go to spot in topsfield for 4+ years. Love the amount of options and customization. Always good for a sandwich, sub, wrap, or even pizza. I’m a big fan of their buffalo fingers. Greek pizza is the norm up here and I like the way they do it, plus they are always generous with their portions.

I used to love this place. I have been coming here for years. However, the past 4x’s over the past 3-4 months they mess up on my order. It’s frustrating. The teen boys that work there always have their head in their phone texting and I have to wait for them to pick up their head.
They aren’t difficult orders but when you go home with a salad with extra onions and feta which I hate and specifically say not to put them on when I call it in. disappointing to drive 30 minutes home to open the bag and toss it. I hope management sees this and talks to the front end boys/teens about the constant cell phone use. Until then I’m taking a long break from going. It is just so disappointing.
