Vegetable Egg Foo Young was 80% onion and the gravy was brown water. By far the worst Tops location. No sauces included, nor were they offered, no napkins, cookies, utensils for a $50 order, lazy and chewy crab Rangoon. This was my first and last time here. I am beyond disappointed and recommend going to any of the others.

Lo mein had no flavor, and egg rolls were dripping with grease and very bland also. Wait was 45 minutes as well. Worst speed and quality from a Chinese restaurant I’ve ever had, I usually go elsewhere, but this was closer so I gave them a try, never again.

Wasted 27.00 tonight smh.. egg foo Yung gravy was watery . My General, so chicken was dry and the little chunks of whatever.. Gotta say this is some of the best and most original Chinese food the family and I’ve had to experience! They have quite an extensive menu of choices and offer the option to add whatever to whatever you choose. And I love the soups and being able to add the option to make it spicy and adding all my favorite veggies to it!
Tops China Restaurant has earned the right to be my only and go to for Chinese Cuisine! We’re always looking forward to our next takeout dinner!

1st time, ordered Triple Delight I requested meat well done cooked. Once order was done I checked my food my tray was orange from the sauce my meat was not cooked well done. In fact my beef had a horrible taste as if it was freezer burn the color of the beef was a shear rainbow color. I immediately took it back. I was respectful. I didn’t have an attitude about it,I just let the lady know I didn’t like it. I did get my refund and than she was nasty talking smart. Added that her other customers love it. I didn’t care to hear. She demanded I not return. As if I was anyway.

I’ve had takeout for many years. They remember me every time. My orders have been served fast, delicious, and fresh. I love the Chicken and Broccoli. Tops in Colonial Heights is my go to restaurant for Asian food. The lady at the front counter taking orders is always pleasant.

Furniture piled against the walls. The lady who took my order literally sounded like she was snarling and never looked me in the eye. I told her my order would be just a minute. It was my first visit. She rolled her eyes and audibly sighed when she turned to walk away.
The food I’ve eaten is okay. Not great and not bad. I could be okay to eat here again but not with the way I was treated. I know everyone has bad days. I have them too but I don’t try to spread them around like a flu bug.

This is the 3rd time my food has been wrong. Ordered on the phone everytime it was wrong. Food is good but not worth having to drive back smh. Can’t believe my food is wrong again!! Shrimp lo mein not beef!

I had a take out order. It was horrible ! The wings were hard, I mean fried lifeless and I specifically asked the girl not to make them hard. The egg drop soup was tasteless,Egg foo Yung was not good ,fried in old oil. And to top it off, they didn’t put my egg roll in with my order. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been coming to this top china for many years and one of my favorites was the chicken wings. I hope they read this review and get it together.
