Hands down the best egg rolls I’ve found in Midlothian. An avid egg roll lover I’ve tried at least 6 different restaurants in search of the best egg roll. These egg rolls are the biggest by far and have a flaky, crunchy wrapper with delicious traditional egg roll filling. 10/10!!

We order from Top’s whenever we are craving not-so-healthy Americanized Chinese food– you know, crab rangoons, general tsao, etc. But I have gotten other things like the thai curries and they do an excellent job with those too. The folks who run that place are just really nice people. They’re fast and accurate.

First time ordering take out and it was great! Took a bit longer than I expected (15 to 20 minute wait), but it was worth the wait. I had the Kung Pao shrimp. The veggies were fresh, and the whole dish was very tasty. Had the hot and sour soup as a side, and it was meaty and delicious. The best I’ve had since moving to Richmond 4 years ago. Well done!
