Might actually be the best Chinese Food restaurant in Richmond been trying to find one for the longest came here for the lunch special. It was great. You got a egg roll with a small shrimp and broccoli for only $10 and it was done in like 10 minutes.

I’ve been trying new things here at this place. I’ve been getting the chicken and broccoli . Wonderful. I didn’t care for the sesame chicken, more than likely it was because the chicken was not fried crispy as I requested. Other than that one experience, the owners are nice people.

Ordered delivery, everything arrived in decent time, well packaged, still warm. Good sizes/portions. However the quality was not good. The chicken in the Gen Tsos was worst possible quality. One piece was so dry and chewy it was inedible. Basically zero shrimp in the shrimp roll. Wonton soup (small) had 4 wontons but the broth had no flavor. This is a barely average restaurant.

Great standard Chinese food for great prices. Good portions, especially with the dinner combo. Make sure to order on their website (mealage) for the best prices. The woman who handed me my order was very nice and let me know about their website! We ordered the small chicken and broccoli, crab rangoons, and the sesame chicken dinner combo.

The restaurant needs some cleaning and spruceing up but the food was amazing and service was great. Best Tops China I’ve ever had. The rice was fresh and perfectly cooked. The shrimp and brocoli was flavorful and delicious. The portion size was decent.

Hands down the best egg rolls I’ve found in Midlothian. An avid egg roll lover I’ve tried at least 6 different restaurants in search of the best egg roll. These egg rolls are the biggest by far and have a flaky, crunchy wrapper with delicious traditional egg roll filling. 10/10!!

Worst Chinese food experience ever. Food is garbage. They definitely went to food lion to get there fried dumplings out of the frozen section. Ordered chicken and broccoli. loaded, I mean loaded with broccoli and carrots. Then ordered broccoli with brown sauce with more carrots then broccoli? Honey chicken taste like chewy orange chicken with 50 tbsp of sugar.

I frequently eat here for lunch. The food and service are usually ok, but I’ve never seen a Chinese place that doesn’t know what chow mein is. I’ve ordered it a couple of times, and each time I received something similar to moo goo gai pan instead. Also, I frequently ask for chopsticks, and most of the time they do not put them in the bag. I’m only leaving 2 stars because of these minor issues that need to be addressed. If anything changes, I’ll be happy to update my review.

Ordered crab rangoon. They were undercooked and pale with not a speck of crab inside the VERY sweet white filling. Not even flakes of fake krab. After the first, I opened them all and scooped the filling out. Nothing but incredibly sweet cream cheese. When I called to inquire about another order, I was told I was mistaken and CRAB rangoons don’t come with anything else in them. Would not refund despite the obvious lie in the name of a very common dish.
