Using the internet, I ordered the crispy shrimp with black pepper plus a shrimp egg roll. The proprietress practically screamed hello at me as she was making her way to the counter. (The restaurant is one of those fluorescent-lit places typically geared toward take-home/delivery options.) But the food was still nicely warm by the time I got it home (the restaurant was farther away than the one I usually order from). The egg roll was decent.
Now the fun stuff, haha: the shrimp was not crispy, although it might have been before the dish’s trapped steam did its job. But it tasted fine, and I especially liked that the green peppers were cut up well and cooked all the way through to bring out their flavors. What I did NOT like (see photo) was that one shrimp turned out to be a piece of chicken (I ate it anyway). That was very uncool. What if someone had a poultry allergy or observed a dietary restriction? Very careless.

It was my first time trying this place and I have never ran so quickly to write a review for a restaurant! This has got to be the best Chinese food in my life and the portions are hefty! I was so sad when I got full quickly because I wanted to keep eating more. I got the shrimp lo mein, orange chicken, and broccoli beef. Also the customer service was amazing and I will 100% keep coming back

I was looking for some place that delivered bedside Uber and door dash and this place popped up. I had pepper steak, it was really good, the steak was very tender and the onions and peppers were very well cooked but the gravy could have used a tad bit for seasoning. The shrimp eggroll clold have used more seasonas well and the cabbage was still a bit crunchy, but overall a good place I will try again in the near future.

They are really the best. They will make adjustments if needed like if you want something not fried hard or broccoli soft. Best dumplings I’ve ever had. You can really tell they care about their customers through food.

Had a late night craving after working my 2nd job and thought this was the perfect place to try based on the reviews. I was very disappointed in the food quality and price. For 2 pork egg rolls, a small pork fried rice and small chicken broccoli it cost over $21. For that, I recevied two burnt flavorless eggrolls, fried rice that was 40% onion, 50% pork chunks and 1% rice. The chicken broccoli was completely flavorless and dripping in grease. I ate one small sample of each and threw the entire thing away. I am not one to waste food, I’m not one to be overly critical or harsh. The restaurant itself was completely empty in terms of customers inside, just one guy working but he was also playing a video game when I placed my order. The place doesn’t even smell like a chinese restaurant. Im assuming the high reviews could be based on the chicken wings or maybe one other dish they just do better than everybody else. I was horrified when I went to wash my hands in the bathroom. Generally, I just a chinese place based on their egg rolls and fried rice. Should have really asked for my money back after I stepped into this bathroom. No paper towels, filthy surfaces, soap with no pump so you have to physically handle the bottle and turn it upside down. Now give this some thought, the people COOKING your food have to visit here to wash their hands. :/ I will never return

Came here for the first time and ordered fried rice with chicken wings (4) with a small general tsp combo that came with a pork eggroll . This was very good, chicken was flavorful and juicy, not too heavy on the soy sauce, egg roll was cooked perfectly. Will return!

Have been coming to Top’s for years and I have to say, they are still the best in the area! Definitely not the kinda place you want to dine in for the atmosphere though. They are better for ordering out on a lazy night or just a day when you are craving some great Chinese food. They cook the food fast and fresh. A couple of times I came in right as they were about to close and they stopped everything and made the food with a smile. They pack the food to the brim for a good price.

The couple that run this place are the nicest people in the world. They always deliver to the hospital and are always courteous. Food is delicious. Better than the surrounding local Chinese restaurants. Get ur food here, u won’t regret it.
