#NOT A FAKE REVIEW!!!! My feelings are beyond hurt. This USED to be the BEST Chinese food!!!! Haven’t ate from here in a couple years. Wish I wouldn’t have last night. I went and got a to go box from the buffet. The lights were SUPER dim almost dark (I know why now) all I got was a half scoop of white rice and yellow rice. A little egg noodles. A couple pieces of general tso chicken. A couple pieces of broccoli. An egg roll and 3 crab rangoons. And THIS is what was in the box. A ROACH!!! It was 8:40 pm so it was dark outside AND inside. I’ve been in an out the bathroom for HOURS!!! And my stomach is sick like I ate something bad. I called them this morning because I didn’t get around to eating anything until they were closed. She said “u sure u don’t have bug in ur own house?” And hung up the phone. I’m writing this review because people take their babies here. Their older family members here. There was a family there last night with 4 kids with them!!! Make ur own food!!!

Tops buffet is solid family owned chinese, sometimes needs to be fresher, but nothing you wouldn’t expect at an average to above average buffet. some crazy dishes I’m not used to, cheese steak egg rolls etc the steak cubes are a sleeper, they look old and dry but the 2 pieces i had were decent med rare and tender

This is your average Chinese buffet. Don’t expect anything out of it as it is a small place. It is old and definitely needs some TLC, however, I when stopping by here for the second time to carry out, I wasn’t disappointed in their food. Again, it is an average Chinese buffet. Small selection because place is small overall and not too many people come here. Their chicken is on a drier end, but wontons and other items are delicious. May be it’s because I stopped by during busy time? Fresh food was constantly being brought out. Don’t come here for sushi, as it is VERY limited. See my photos. Again, overall, 3-4 star place. To be a 5 star it needs a facelift, perhaps smaller food selection, but always fresh?

I will NEVER be back. First, a lot of the food was cold and old tasting. I got there around 8:30pm they close at 10pm, so enough time for the food to be decently warm and not soggy. Second, the waitress was sweeping in my face with an extremely loud vacuum literally sweeping all around my table which is highly disrespectful. And third, and the worst of all, after she handed us our bill she STOOD THERE STARING AT US NON STOP for SEVERAL minutes. It made me feel like she was waiting for me to hand her a tip or leave. I literally could not believe my eyes. Everytime I pulled my cash out, she came to the table next to me and stood there staring at us. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After telling my family about this, it is not the first time this has happened. The same thing happened to a relative of mine a few YEARS ago with this woman acting this way standing there staring at them when it came time to pay. HIGHLY unprofessional and weird behavior. I have been coming here for years but after this time, I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

Tops has been around for well over 10 years. I have never been dissatisfied with anything I’ve eaten here! It’s conveniently located in the plaza by the movie theater. The food is always good and this establishment is family run. The same woman has been here for years and it makes a difference when you walk into a restaurant years later and you are still recognized.
The food is delicious and hot, the options are plenty, and the prices are still reasonable.
I love it here and will always recommend Tops when someone asks.

This place is pretty run down from years ago, the don’t seem to keep up with the property. They don’t keep the cold bar cold enough, that’s going to be a health issue for someone if this is a common thing.
This place has unfortunately lost its value, food was not great, wait staff was not rude but definitely not friendly.

Stopped here for lunch and found a literal ROACH in my food. I politely brought it to the managers attention and her solution was a $2 discount. She wanted me to pay 32$ to eat ROACHES. Please don’t eat here

They are open late and usually have fresh food. I can say I’ve never gotten sick from the food here. This is one of our favorite hole in the wall restaurants. The food is Chinese buffet quality, but they are always open. The fortune cookies have been soft and stale lately. We like it, but I wish they would update and clean a little better.
UPDATE: I ate here a week or so ago and definitely got food poisoning… Although I love this little spot it will definitely be a while before I go back… They were pretty empty for food and I think they tried to get some food out too quickly or the food that was out was too old. Never the less… I did not have a good time after leaving here.
